Belgian-born French harpist (1845-1912), who was also a composer and pedagogue. Autograph note in French (sold untranslated) signed and dated by him in Paris, 1902. Size is 4.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Swiss oboist (b. 1939), who is also composer and conductor. Signed half-tone photo, shown during recording session, dated in Basel in 1965. Signature is on cardboard where the half-tone photo is attached. Total size is 9 x 7.5 inches.

American oboist (1913-1978), signed photo, shown in performance, inscribed and dated in 1975. Size is 4.5 x 6.75 inches, creases across the top, not affecting the signature, otherwise in very good condition.

American conductor and violinist (1916-1999), considered one of the greatest violinists of the 20th century.   Signed album page, dated in 1941. Also included: two signatures on verso, of both Ettore Panizza, Argentinian conductor and composer (1875-1967), and Maria Barrientos, Spanish Soprano (1884-1946), also dated in 1941. Size is 6 x 7.75 inches, very slight rust at the top left of the verso page, otherwise in excellent condition. 

The Metropolitan was founded in 1883 as an alternative to the previously established Academy of Music opera house and debuted the same year and moved into a new location at Lincoln Center in 1966. Gorgeous photograph of a performance circa 1991 conducted by James Levine at Carnegie Hall, and signed by more than 75 artists (NOT SIGNED BY LEVINE). Total size is 20 x 16, actual photo is 13.5 x 10.5 inches (visible window size). This is the only photo we have ever seen that has been signed by more than 75 artists. Very rare!

English composer and harpist (1808-1849) who died young, created many pieces for the harp and was labeled by Berlioz the "Liszt of the harp". Autograph music quote signed, dated in Vienna, where he lived, in 1845, from an unidentified piece with a short inscription in verse ("There be none of Beauty´s daughters, with a magic little thee, and like music on the waters, is they sweet voice to me"). Size is 8.25 x 5 inches, in excellent condition. Very rare!

American actress (1903-1990), active between 1931-1977; and American actress (1912-2003), active between 1940-1990. Beautiful black-and-white movie-still photograph of the film "The Howards of Virginia" (1940) signed by both actresses. Size is 10 x 8 inches, in excellent condition.

Mexican-born Spanish castanets player (b.1937), and flamenco dancer. Nice larger size color Cibachrome* print signed and dated by Tena in 1987, shown in rehearsal in Philadelphia that same year; also signed on verso by photographer Allen Winigrad.  Size is 13.2 x 9.3 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition. *Cibachrome prints are high-quality prints from color transparency enlarged onto reversal color paper. This paper already has the emulsion incorporated and gives exceptional color brilliance.

German organist and musicologist (1917-2007), signed photo postcard, shown making arrangement at the organ, signature is on verso and dated in 1971. Stamped on verso by photographer Ludwig Muller. Size is 5.5 x 4 inches.

Dutch flutist (1875-1953). Autograph letter in German signed by him, dated in Scheveningen, June 11, 1901, to a gentleman, concerning an upcoming meeting. Size is 6.9 x 8.6 inches, two written pages in one sheet (front and back), storage holes, folds, overall rust tone, in very good condition.
