Signed program for a performance of Puccini's La Boheme presented in September 1949 at the Teatro Municipal of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil featuring signatures from each of the four artists. This is a 4-page folded program with all the signatures on the cover page, and the cast page and synopsis on the inside pages. Size of each page is 5.5 x 7.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Famous Italian tenor (1913-1995), one of the leading tenor voices in the 1940s and 50s. Large signed poster for L'Amico Fritz (opera by Mascagni) in concert version at Carnegie Hall. Size is 17.5 x 23 inches, has small crease on the lower right corner, barely noticeable, otherwise in excellent condition.

Group of 11 items (10 program and 1 playbill), each one signed by singer/s, mostly from Teatro Municipal, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, period 1933-1958 (except one, from 1970).  Signing singers include star soprano Bidu Sayao (4 signed items), Marian Anderson, Leonard Warren, Pia Tassinari, Neyde Thomaz, Jose Maria Perez, Rio Novello, Violeta Coelho Netto de Freitas, Also, conductor Tulio Serafin and violinist Ayrton Pinto. Superstar Italian soprano (1922-2004), extremely famous for her large, voluminous voice and tonal beauty. She primarily focused on verismo roles and the lyric dramatic repertoire.   Beautiful signed 8 page brochure issued by the Decca recording label (for whom she recorded almost exclusively from the early 1950s to the end of her career) containing many photos of her mostly in role many taken from the cover of her complete recordings.  Her signature is on the cover page, dated in 1992 on a photo by Fayer, Vienna, shown as herself. Size of each page is 8.25 x 11 inches, in excellent condition. 

Superstar Italian soprano (1922-2004), extremely famous for her large, voluminous voice and tonal beauty. She primarily focused on verismo roles and the lyric dramatic repertoire.  Signed card, containing Tebaldi's signature underneath an attractive red chromolithograph image of the great composer Giuseppe Verdi mounted into the center of the card. This image painted by Giovanni Boldini is labeled "Ritratto di Giuseppe Verdi" and has been displayed at the Museum of the La Scala opera in Milan. Entire item size is 5.75 x 8.25 inches, very attractive item in excellent condition.

Size is 6.8 x 9.75 inches, full program with all pages and covers, some water stains on the front cover, mounting damage on the back cover, otherwise in very good condition.

Playbill for a recital of the Swedish contralto in Ohio, USA, on October 22nd, 1940, with pianist Leo Rosswell, signed by both artists on the cover page.  Program is attached to hard cardboard.  Size is 6 x 9 inches (cardboard is 8.3 x 11 inches), in very good condition.

Swedish contralto (1896-1970), signed concert program from a New York Town Hall recital, dated February 22, 1940. Full program with signature on cover page photo and news clippings attached to cast page. Size is 5.8 x 8.6 inches with two storage holes but otherwise in excellent condition.

Program for the world premiere of Michael Tippett's opera "The Ice Break" at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London, on July 7th, 1977, signed by the composer himself, Colin Davis (conductor), Sam Wanamaker (producer), Beverly Vaughn, James Bowman, and John Dobson. Size is 5.25 x 9.1 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in excellent condition.

Program for the world premiere of Michael Tippett's opera "The Midsummer Marriage" at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London, on January 27th, 1955, signed by the composer himself and ballet choreographer Ninette de Valois. Size is 8.5 x 12.6 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in very good condition.

Beautiful book "Backstage at the Opera" by the San Francisco opera, signed by Fiorenza Cossotto, Anna Tomowa-Sintow and Elisabeth Soderstrom. Complete with all 132 pages with wonderful backstage photos!, both covers, size is 10 x 9.5 inches, excellent.

Program for a recital on all-French music by the Italian tenor and Italian soprano at Carnegie Hall, New York, on March 26, 1957, signed by both artists (Valletti on the program page, Albanese on the Ad page). Size is 7.6 x 10.25 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in very good condition.

French soprano (1886-1961), who achieved considerable popularity in opera, operetta, and recitals during a career which lasted more than four decades. Full 4- page signed program of a recital by her, performed in New Zealand in 1949, containing the full text of the pieces performed along with a biography, her signature is on the cover page. Size is 7.25 x 10 inches, small creases and folds but in generally good condition. 

Full signed opera program from the 1954 Bayreuth Festival performance of Wagner's Lohengrin including multiple signatures from legendary soprano Astrid Varnay, along with baritone Toni Blankenheim, conductor Eugen Jochum and stage director (and later Bayreuth administrator) Wolfgang Wagner, as well as Brigitte Blankenheim. Full program including all covers and advertisements, signatures are on cover page, cast page is also scanned. Size is 6.75 x 9.5 inches, historic item in excellent condition.

Chilean tenor (1911-1996), signed program for a performance of Saint-Saen's Samson et Dalila at the Teatro Municipal of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in September 1953, Folded 4-page program including cover page, cast page with synopsis (text is in Portuguese), signature is on cover page. Size of each page is 5.5 x 7.5 inches, small tears in the middle of the page, not affecting written text or signature.
