Austrian composer (1880-1942), creator of popular songs, waltzes, operettas and film music. After being arrested in Kristallnacht, 1938, Ascher fled Austria forever, eventually settling in New York where he passed away in 1942. Group of 3 autograph letter signed, with his letterhead, dated in Vienna in 1912 (1) and 1918 (2). Each one is 5.25 x 6.75 inches, two have storage holes, all 3 in very good condition.
