Gorgeous black and white photo postcard signed by him, shown in performance at a young age. Size is 5.75 x 4 inches, in excellent condition.

Beautiful group photograph of the Berlin Philharmonic mounted on cardboard, and signed by the conductor with a short sentiment, on the occasion of their 1923 Swiss-Italian tour. Italian-American opera conductor (1890-1969), and also pianist, and music and film director. Signed photograph, dated in Maryville, Tennessee in 1941. Size is 8 x 10 inches, small creases on the top right and both of the bottom corners not affecting image and signature, otherwise in very good condition. 

American conductor (1892-1972), best known for conducting the radio program "The Voice of Firestone".  Beautiful black and white photograph shown in performance with his orchestra signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment to noted Colombian musicologist Otto De Greiff, dated in 1941.  Size is 10 x 8.1 inches, creases on two corners, otherwise in very good condition.

Belgian clarinetist and conductor (1798-1850); and Belgian conductor and composer (1801-1873). Autograph letter signed as “Les frères Bender” (presumably handwritten by Jakob), dated in Paris, March 31, 1819, to a newspaper editor, sending: "... the programme of our concert next Friday, I hope you will insert it in your newspaper...". Size is 7.8 x 9.3 inches, 1 written page, in overall very good condition.   ALSO INCLUDED is an autograph note with the concert presentation.

Canadian conductor (1930-2012), pianist, and former conductor of the National Arts Centre Orchestra.  Fantastic black and white photograph signed by him, shown studying a score; stamped on verso by photographer Gold, Calgary, 1991.  Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.

Autograph music quote signed by him, dated in 1895, with 2 bars and some lyrics from an unknown piece. Size is 7.9 x 4.25 inches, in excellent condition.

German opera conductor and composer (1871-1958), he was in charge of the (later) Berlin State Opera and other opera houses in Europe. Autograph letter in German signed by him to a certain gentleman, concerning his temporary leave as director of Berlin State Opera to conduct the German Opera House in Charlottenburg.  Size is 9.2 x 11.7 inche, folds, some stains, rust tone, in overall very good condition.

Autograph note in German on a postcard (postmarked 1920) with his image signed by him and addressed to the music critic and poet Richard Specht (1870-1932) rejoicing with him for a successful event.

Typed letter in German signed by him, dated in Copenhaguen, 1938, addressing a certain Mr. Sass requesting the reviews of his concert in Budapest. Size is 5.7 x 8.9 inches, storage holes, central fold, in excellent condition.

Famous German conductor (1890-1951), was music director at Glyndebourne and spent years in South America. Autograph letter in Italian written and signed by Frieda Grueters Busch, dated June 10, 1933 -on behalf of his husband Adolf Busch, to Arturo Toscanini and his wife Carla about personal and professional stuff. Size is 6.3 x 8 inches, 4 written pages in one folded sheet, some smudge on ink in different parts, creases and folds, in overall very good condition.

Fine sepia photograph mounted on a mat, signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated August 1, 1930. Argentine-born Italian conductor (1915-2007), who focused mostly on opera, conducted at Glyndebourne, Royal Opera House, Chicago Lyric Opera, San Francisco, Met Opera, and many others. Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated 1975. Size is 4 x 5.9 inches, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a card with a 1-bar music quote from Mozart's "Magic Flute" signed by him and dated in San Francisco, October 31, 1975. Size is 6 x 3.9 inches, in very good condition.

French conductor and violinist (1838-1910), founder of the Orchestra of the Concerts Colonne in 1873.Set of 2 autograph letters (untranslated) signed by the French conductor, as follows: A. Dated March 30, 1878, with the letterhead of the Association Artistique, to the “Président”, regretting not being able to attend a meeting. Size is 5.2 x 8.1 inches, 1 pages, overall rust stains, missing upper-left corner, in very good condition. B. Dated in Paris, November 17, 1886, with the letterhead of the Association Artistique, reminding a friend about one of his upcoming performances. Size is 4 x 5.2 inches, 1 page, overall age-toning, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED are two personal cards with a few autographed lines (one signed “Ed. C.”) of the violinist, mounted on cardboard; and also two printed portraits of him.

Famous French conductor and violinist (1838-1910), a great champion of Hector Berlioz´ music and contemporary composers. Colonne founded in 1873 an orchestra that took his name and continued giving concerts until the 1960s. Signed half-tone photo, inscribed and dated in 1901, size is 4.1 x 5.5 inches, rust spots on verso, in very good condition. German-born American conductor (1862-1950) and composer, is best remembered today as the long-time director of the New York Symphony Orchestra. Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him, dated May 31, 1941. Size is 7.6 x 9.6 inches, in excellent condition

French conductor (1840-1905), violinist, and composer, whose conducting career focused mostly on opera. Set of two autograph letters signed, dated in 1882. Written in French on letterhead of the Opera Comique, sold untranslated. First letter is 3 pages of text on a four-sided folded document, second letter has 1 page of text, also on a four-sided folded document. Total size unfolded is 10.5 x 5.25 inches, both are in excellent condition.

Portuguese conductor (1896-1963). Beautiful black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated in Roma, 1942; photo by Silvia Nogueira (Lisbon). Size is 4.5 x 6.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Belgian conductor (1885-1960) and violinist, who became a refugee during WWI in Great Britain. Autograph letter in French signed by him, dated in Brussels, October 18, 1938, to maestro Tebaldini: "... I have not received the consignment you are talking about, i.e. the transcriptions (Frescobaldi-Bassani-Scarlatti-Legrenzi) I hope the consignment is not lost. As soon as I have a moment to see the Rapsodia di Pasqua, I will write to you...". Size is 8.3 x 10.6 inches, 1 written page, letterhead, folds, in very good condition.

Belgian conductor (1885-1930) and violinist, music director of the Montreal and Chicago Symphony Orchestras.Typed letter in French (untranslated) with the letterhead of the Belgian National Institute of Radio Difusion signed by her, dated in Brussels, 1932, mentioning he received a letter from Mr. Gershwin allowing the use of one of his music. Size is 8.2 x 10.7 inches, 1 page, folds, in very good condition.

Swiss conductor (1908-1986). Autograph note in French signed by him as “V. Desarzens” dated April 17, 1960, to architect Henri-Robert Von der Mühll (1898-1980) :  "... I, and, we don't know if we... It doesn't matter: we will have "noted" what we thought was necessary, simply necessary, to note. I'll leave you musically with all 4 hands.". Size is 5.8 x 4.1 inches, in excellent condition. Russian-born Norwegian conductor (1891-1953) and pianist, whose career began as a pianist but moved to conducting in the  mid-1920s. Grogeous black and white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, dated in Los Angeles, 1935.  Size is 5.3 x 7.4 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.
