Russian, later French and American composer (1882-1971), widely considered one of the most important of the 20th century.
Typed note signed by him, sent to his friend Samuel Dushkin (Polish-American violinist and teacher, 1891-1976). Dushkin closely cooperated with Stravinsky in the composition of Stravinsky´s Violin Concerto, Dushkin was also the violinist who world premiered it in Berlin in 1931. Note is dated in February 1947 in Hollywood, California, with a bold, clear signature. It refers to personal matters, in French, sold untranslated.
