French-American conductor (1875-1964), who enjoyed a successful international career conducting first-rate orchestras around the world for more than half a century.

Set of 2 autograph letters in French (sold untranslated) signed by the conductor, dated in December 1954 and February 1955; both letters with the letterhead of the bar The Town House, New York.

Letter dated 1954 is addressed to the Russian tenor Joseph Rogatchewsky when he was the director of Theatre de La Monnaie in Brussels (1953-1959).

Letter dated 1954 is 3 pages long, letter dated 1955 is 1 page long. Both letters are 5.9 x 9.3 inches in size; both in excellent condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for your choice of a store credit or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, items must first be returned in the exact same condition they were shipped. By default we ship via USPS, and provide the option to ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for any items that were already shipped, either returned or not. At our discretion, a restocking and relisting fee of up to USD 40 could be applied for some returned items, although this is very rarely applied.
