One page, mail stamp on verso indicates the year 1812, addressed to Williams. Humboldt praises her poetry. Size is 7 x 9.25 inches, folds, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a photo of a portrait of Humboldt, the famous 1843 painting by Joseph Stieler, stamped by photographer.
