Sisca asked him permission to publish this beautiful compendium of his caricatures, with hundreds of them depicting famous conductors, singers, musicians, and many of Caruso himself!. This is the 1922 edition that came just after Caruso's death, and is signed by it's author, Marziale Sisca, inscribed to the notable Italian baritone Ferruccio Corradetti (1869-1939).
