Marinuzzi, Gino (1882-1945), famous Italian conductor and composer, strongly associated with the Italian repertoire and Wagner operas. Marinuzzi, who was also a composer of his own operas, conducted in the most important theaters, including the world premiere of La Rondine in Montecarlo in 1917.
Signed photo postcard, dated on Aug 11th, 1918 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the date and place of the world premiere of his opera "Jacquerie". Marinuzzi adds a few bars of his new opera, writting at the top "Jaquerie 3rd act". Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition - rare!.
