Russian-American conductor and violinist (1886-1965), founder conductor of the Cleveland Orchestra in 1918 and later its Music Director, remaining with the orchestra until 1932, later conductor of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. Gorgeous photograph signed and inscribed by him, shown inspecting a score. Size is 6.5 x 8.6 inches, probably trimmed from a larger original size, some repaired cracks, in good condition.

Austrian,‭ ‬later american composer and writer (‬1900-1991),‭ ‬who explored atonality and other modern styles.‭ ‬Signed photo,‭ ‬shown with a score,‭ ‬dated in‭ ‬1979.  Large autograph music quote signed, with 7 bars, triple staves, from his opera "Orpheus und Eurydice", op. 21, 1923. Krenek even included text for voice below the piano score. Large size, 8.5 x 11.75 inches, fold near the right margin, otherwise in excellent condition.

American lyric soprano (1915-2009), best known for her many radio performances, as well as her appearances with the Chicago and San Francisco opera companies and with Arturo Toscanini and the NBC Symphony. Signed large photo, shown in role, inscribed. Stamped on verso by photographer Reuben Lawson, Cincinnati. Size is 8 x 10 inches, some mounting traces on verso and wear on edges but otherwise in very good condition.

American contralto (1885-1956), large signed photo, shown as herself. Blind stamped by photographer Apeda, New York. Very attractive image with clear handwriting and bold signature. Size is 8 x 10 inches, tiny crease on top right corner outside the area of the photograph, otherwise in excellent beautifully preserved condition.

Belgian-born French composer (1741-1813), who is mostly known for his operas by the end of the XVIII century. Autograph note, expressing that he is sending 2 complimentary tickets to someone, matted with a nice, vintage print of him. Note is 4.75 x 6 inches (visible size), print is 5.5 x 6 inches, matted together to a total size of 15.25 x 10 inches, in very good condition. Rare! ALSO INCLUDED is a vintage lithograph by Cremet, Liege, 11.25 x 13.25 inches, light toning, very good condition.

Stamped on verso by photographers Bixio and Castiglioni, Buenos Aires. Size is 3.3 x 5.4 inches, some silvering at bottom and top of photo not affecting the image or handwriting. Otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano (1892-1944), regarded among the most appreciated mezzo-sopranos of her time, and possessor of a vibrant voice of an arresting sound. Fantastic vintage photograph signed by her, shown as herself; blind-stamped by photographer A. Bazzoni, Verona. Signature cut, probably taken from a letter or document, matted with a fine antique lithograph showing the composer young.
