One page with the typed letterhead of her company, boldly signed by her and 2 businessmen, 8.5 x 11 inches.  ALSO INCLUDED are one spectacular photograph of her, a modern print, and 2 curious, original memorabilia items related to her, a piece of her bedsheet, released as limited edition in the 1960s, and a Marilyn Monroe drawing aid in acrylic, claimed to help draw her figure in "every curve".
