Short autograph letter signed by him, dated in 1935, on a card with his letterhead and his address on Bergasse St., Vienna (now museum). In German, Freud states "after discussing it with Dr hartmann, I decided to offer Dr Bibring the function of the second editor of our magazine", referring to famous Austrian psychologist Heinz Hartmann (1894-1970), Austro-Hungarian psychoanalyst Eduard Bibring (1894-1959) and the International Magazine for Psychoanalysis. Card is 3.3 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a photo of Freud in his house, 3.75 x 6 inches, a modern print, perfectly sized to frame with this letter if desired.

Autograph letter, written on 2 pages of a bifolium, to a Mr. Durmont, in French (sold untranslated). Hugo writes "out famous trial of 1832...Le Roi S´Amuse". He is asking about the location of his contract, and is requesting its return. Total size is 9 x 7 inches, but folded into a small bifolium with 4 pages that are 4.5 x 7 inches, with the letter on 2 pages (front and verso) and the text "Mr Durmont" in a 3rd. Bold, clear signature at the end, a repaired tear on the blank page and the page where the recipient is, minor folds, in overall very good to excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a beautiful photograph of Victor Hugo, a modern print, 4.8 x 7 inches, perfect to frame with this autograph letter if desired.

Three signed postcards, handwritten by him, one with his image and signature, dated in 1906. Each one is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in very good condition. Postcard with him image has a crack and loss of paper on the lower left corner, otherwise in good condition, the other two are in good condition. (Not sold separately)
