Belgian soprano (1851-1886), famous for creating the role of Manon in 1884 at the Opera-Comique in Paris. Heilbron died at age 35 at the peak of her fame. Extra large cabinet photos by Benque, Paris, size is 5.25 x 8.5 inches, all in excellent condition. Shown are: soprano Marianne Heglon (1867-1942) as Dalila in 3 photos, bass René Fournets (1858-1926) as Abimelech, Auguste Dubulle (1858-?) as high priest and dancer Torri. Sold together as a lot of 6.  

Famous American soprano (1864-1903), admired by Massenet and Saint-Saens. Among other roles, she was the first Thais in the world premiere at the Palais Garnier in Paris in 1894. Sanderson died of influenza at age 38 in Paris.
