Austrian musicologist and writer (1855-1941).

Set of two autograph letters in German (sold untranslated) signed by him, as follows:

A. Vienna, October 22, 1891, to Thaddeus Wiel:  “Receive my best thanks for your great kindness in providing me with a Bolognese Catalog through Mr. Busi...”. Size is 4.3 x 6.9 inches, 4 written pages, folds, tape restoration on pages 3 and 4. Envelope included.

B. Vienna, May 12, 1912, with letterhead, [secretary hand]: "... Prof. Gasperini informs me that you are now more involved in the work for the "Corpus Scriptorum de Musica" than he. Therefore, I take the liberty of addressing you and asking you in what condition the work in Italy is now and whether the steps and resolutions taken on the occasion of the congress have been successful...".  Size is 5.9 x 9 inches, 2 written pages, in Italian (sold untranslated), in very good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for your choice of a store credit or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, items must first be returned in the exact same condition they were shipped. By default we ship via USPS, and provide the option to ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for any items that were already shipped, either returned or not. At our discretion, a restocking and relisting fee of up to USD 40 could be applied for some returned items, although this is very rarely applied.
