7 Things to Do for An Autograph Session November 17 2023

You're going to meet someone famous at an event or party. Beforehand, there are several things you should consider doing to prepare for the experience.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE MEETING

If you're meeting someone who's well-known, you'll probably want to make sure you've done some research beforehand. This will help you understand more about them and how to act when you meet them.

PREPARE YOURSELF

You should prepare yourself by researching about the person you're going to meet but it's also good to think about what you might say to them. What would you ask them? How would you start a conversation with them?

HAVE FUN

If you're nervous about meeting someone famous, try not to let it show. Remember that everyone has nerves when they first meet someone new. Don't worry too much about whether you'll make a fool of yourself. Just relax and enjoy the moment.

BE PREPARED FOR THE SIGNING

Have the photos / books / prints or object/s you want signed, and have a couple of pens with you, just in case.

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WELL WHAT IS ALLOWED

Find out in advance what is allowed for that session. If you can´t, do it in the last minute, but do it. Sometimes you can only reach the celebrity with a certain book or record or book and nothing else. And many times there is a limit in the number of pictures you can get signed.

DRESS APPROPRIATELY

You should dress appropriately for the event. If you're going to meet with a celebrity, make sure you wear something that will show off your personality. It's also a good idea to bring along a camera so you can capture the moment when you meet your favorite star.

BE NICE

Super important to leave with the impression you were nice and thankful for the chance to have your picture or book signed. And enjoy!
