French soprano (1884-?), signed photo, shown in role, signed in Buenos Aires, dated in 1911. Size is 3 x 5 inches,  small crease and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition.

German bass-baritone (1889-1974), signed photo, shown as himself, inscribed in Buenos Aires, dated in 1931. Size is 2.75 x 4.75 inches, very small paper loss at top and bottom, otherwise in excellent condition.  

English contralto (1872-1936). Her main career was as a recitalist and concert singer. Her voice, both powerful and deep, impressed contemporary composers such as Saint-Saëns and Elgar; the latter composed a song-cycle with her in mind as soloist. Signed photo postcard, shown as herself, signed adding her husbands last name. Size is 3.4 x 5.3 inches, in very good condition.

Japanese soprano and film actress (1909-1988), whose career was mostly based in Europe. Signed photo, shown in title role of Puccini's Madama Butterfly, inscribed in Buenos Aires, dated in 1952. Size is 3 x 5 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.

Colombian baritone and actor (1914-1986) known for his contract work with MGM studios, signed photo, shown as himself. Inscribed with sentiment, dated in 1939. Size is 3 x 5 inches, in very good condition.

Mexican tenor (1895-1974), signed photo,shown as himself, extensively inscribed signed in Buenos Aires and dated in 1964. Stamped on verso by photographer Olga Masa, Buenos Aires. Size is 7 x 9.25 inches, some creases and bends at bottom and on edges. ALSO INCLUDED: 1 typed note signed, written in Buenos Aires, dated in 1937, written in Spanish, sold untranslated. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, slight crease above text, otherwise in excellent condition. Not sold separately. 

American contralto (1897-1993), highly celebrated in her time. Signed photo, shown as herself outdoors in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 1954. Size is 3.25  x 5.25 inches, some bending otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian baritone (1876-1937), signed half-tone photo attached to postcard, shown as himself. Dated in Buenos Aires in 19140.  Photo size is 2.75 x 4.5 inches, total item is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, jagged edges but otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1876-1949), known for creating the role of Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. Signed half-tone photo attached to postcard, shown as himself. Photo size is 3 x 4 inches, total item is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition. 

Spanish tenor (1869-1919), developed an important international career in Europe, USA and South America, later lived in Mexico where he passed away from a nervous breakdown at age 50. Signed half-tone photo attached to postcard, shown as himself, dated in 1909. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, jagged edges, but otherwise in very good condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano (1884-?), appeared as the Old Woman in world premiere of Montemezzi's L'Amore de Tre Rei in 1913. Signed half-tone photo attached to postcard, shown in role. Photo size is 2.75 x 4 inches, total item is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Spanish baritone (1886-1956), signed photo postcard, shown as himself, inscribed and dated in 1918. Blind stamped by photographer. Size is 3.5 x 5.25 inches, small splotches in center of photo not affecting the signature and spots on verso, otherwise in good condition. Priced accordingly.

Italian baritone (1871-1924),  who enjoyed a substantial international career, best known for his creation of  the role of Baron Scarpia in the world premiere performances of Puccini's Tosca in 1900. Signed half-tone photo postcard, shown in role, inscribed and dated in 1909. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, slight creases on bottom left, not affecting image and signature. 

 Welsh soprano (b. 1936), and German mezzo-soprano (1928-2021), double signed photo, shown in role (likely Octavian and the Marschallin, respectively, in Richard Strauss's Der Rosenkavalier). Size is 4.5 x 6.5 inches, very slight crease on top right, otherwise in excellent condition. 

German mezzo-soprano (1928-2021), Austrian bass-baritone (1929-2000), and Welsh soprano (b.1936). Beautiful photograph signed by the three artists, shown respectively as the Marschallin, Baron Ochs, and Octavian in Richard Strauss's Der Rosenkavalier. Size is 4.5 x 6.5 inches, slight fuzziness on the far left side of the photo, not affecting the stage images and signatures, otherwise in very good condition. 

Italian tenor (1896-1986), autograph note singed, hand-written at the Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires, written in Spanish, sold untranslated. Also included: unsigned photo, shown in title role of Giordano's Andrea Chenier at La Scala, Milan. Size of note is 5.5 x 7 inches, photo is 8 x 10 (containing small crease and stain at top outside of the image),  in otherwise excellent condition.

American opera singer and actress (b.1930), who is best known for providing the voice of Princess Aurora in the 1959 Disney film "Sleeping Beauty". Movie-still photo of the Sleeping Beauty signed by her. Size is 10 x 7.9 inches, in excellent condition.

German lyric tenor (1899-1992) and voice teacher, signed photo, shown as himself, inscribed at Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires, dated in 1937. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.
