German soprano (1885-1955), who enjoyed a very important career in the United States and Europe, focusing on concert recitals after 1919. Nice black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment in white ink; ink-stamped on verso by photographer jean De Strelecki. Size is 7 x 9.6 inches, in excellent condition.

Polish star tenor (1850-1925). Beautiful vintage cabinet photo signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment (ink marking on verso indicate April 1895). Size is 4.2 x 6. 4 inches, small scratch over the upper-right border, in very good condition.

Italian soprano (1872-1959), also known as Laura Pasini, who saw early success at La Scala, Rome, and Turin interpreting verismo roles, and tackling some Wagnerian roles. Signed postcard photograph, shown as herself, dated in 1935, signed on front with additional inscription on verso. Blind stamped on front by photographer. Beautiful postcard photograph by Jumiere (New York) signed and inscribed by Miura dated in Buenos Aires, 1917, shown as Cio-Cio-San. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, several small stains on verso, otherwise in very good condition.

Star Czech soprano (1878-1930) who developed a very important career on both sides of the ocean. A gorgeous cabinet photograph of the artist shown in costume by photographer F.O. Lundt (Berlin) signed and inscribed by Destinn with a short sentiment dated in London, 1904. Size is 4.25 x 6.6 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian soprano (1847-1917), who created the title role in Verdi's opera Aida in its world premiere in Cairo. Fine vintage cabinet photograph signed by her; an original by Au Jardin de L'Esbekieh (Cairo). Size is 4.25 x 6.4 inches (trimmed corners), otherwise in very good condition.
