Rare photo containing images of the artist both in role and as himself. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches with some silvering on the image not affecting the signature. Otherwise in excellent condition.

Star Italian coloratura soprano (1871-1940) of great international fame. Her voice was remarkable for its phenomenal flexibility, thrust and thrilling tone. German baritone (1873-1929), signed photo postcard, shown in Viktor Nessler's opera Der Trompeter von Sakkingen. Size is 3.3 x 5.3 inches. Some wear on the edges but in otherwise excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1885-1939), sang at all the most important theaters in Europe and America, created the role of Luigi and Rinuccio in the world premiere of Il Tabarro and Gianni Schicchi at the Met Opera in 1918, and Paolo in Francesca da Rimini (opera by Zandonai).Nice signed photograph, shown in role, inscribed. Spanish tenor (1895-1976), best known for his interpretation of Wagnerian roles during the first half of the XX century. German bass-baritone (1838-1914), a famous Wagner interpreter in his time. After a very successful career in Europe, Fischer moved to America, singing at the Metropolitan Opera in New York between 1885 and 1891, returning later, in 1907. Fischer also toured extensively through the USA, with another opera company. Original cabinet photo by J. Baer, Rotterdam, with a music quote at the bottom by him, simply signed as Emil. On top of the notes, there is a short sentiment handwritten by baritone Fritz Rieger (1811-1885).
