Italian baritone (1922-1967), signed photo, shown as himself. Stamped on verso by photographer Lumachi, Florence. Size is 5 x 7 inches. Inscribed. With some mounting traces. It is also included a short note, written by him. 

Italian baritone (1922-1967), signed photo, shown as Renato in Un Ballo in Maschera. Inscribed. Size is 4.5 x 6.75 inches. With mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition. 

Italian tenor (b.1930), signed photo, shown as Rodolpho in La Boheme. Inscribed and dated in 1952. Size is 8 x 10 inches. Stamped on verso by photographer Sedge Le Blanc, in New York. Also include short note, hand written and signed by him.

Star Swedish tenor (1911-1960), one of the greatest of the 20th century. Signed photo, shown as himself, inscribed and dated in 1959. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in very good condition.

American tenor (1913-1975), signed photo, shown in role. Size is 8 x 10 inches, stamped on verso by photographer Sedge LeBlang,  from the Metropolitan opera in New York.

American mezzo-soprano (b. 1929), signed photo, shown as herself. Size is 8 x 10 inches. 

Famous French-born mezzo- (1808-1836), one of the greatest singers in her time, who died at age 28. Autograph letter signed as Maria de Beriot, her married name. in French with postcript in English, to a doctor. This is probably from around the mid 1830s, close to the time when she passed away. One page, handwritten on both sides, minor creases, tear from top margin, not affecting the text, undated. Malibran expresses that she is complicated by "the impossibility in which affairs have prevented me from going to embrace you all...We accept with great pleasure the opportunity to have offered us of spending some hours with you. Every day I have thought of visiting you, but the devil has shoved his tail and all my plans have been sunk...". Both a full translation and a transcription are provided, together with a vintage print of Malibran. Very rare!

Austrian tenor (1796-1852), successfully performed in several European theaters, later work mostly at the Hoftheater in Stuttgart, where he would become a teacher and song composer. Autograph document signed by him, a receipt, dated in 1826, 1 large piece of paper, size is 7.75 x 11.5 inches. In German language, sold untranslated. Overall brown toning, minor cracks on the two top corners, otherwise in very good condition.
