Polish bass (1853-1917), one of the leading singers at the Metropolitan Opera of New York, during the golden age of recordings. Brother of star tenor Jean De Reszke. Fine vintage cabinet photograph of him by photographer Nadar (Paris) signed by him in 1895 with a short music quote. Size is 4.25 x 6.4 inches, storage holes, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian soprano (1847-1917), premiered the role of Desdemona in Verdi's Otello in 1887, as well as Tigrana in Puccini's Edgar in 1889. Short autograph note in Italian (sold untranslated) on her visiting card addressed to the famous Italian tenor Francesco Tamagno and signed by her. Size is 3.8 x 2.4 inches, in very good condition.

Italian baritone (1828-1901), who was part of the original cast in the world premiere of Verdi's La Forza del Destino. Autograph note in Italian (sold untranslated) signed by him and dated June 19, 1863. Size is 4.4 x 7.2 inches, folds, in very good condition.

Star Czech soprano (1878-1930) who developed a very important career on both sides of the ocean. Fine black-and-white photograph signed by her in London, 1910, shown in the title role of Puccini's Madama Butterfly. Size is 3.25 x 5.2 inches, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a clip from a program for a performance of Madama Butterfly at The Metropolitan Opera on December 1913, featuring her, Giovanni Martinelli, and Antonio Scotti. Size is 4.8 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian baritone (1800-1876) who became one of the finest singers of his age with a beautiful, smooth, and flexible voice. 2-bar autograph music quote of Riccardo's duet from I Puritani signed by him in Paris, 1844, a role he created in the opera world premiere. Size is 8 x 3.75 inches, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is an unsigned lithograph depicting Tamburini. Size is 6 x 9.25 inches, some rust stain by the borders.

Star Swedish tenor (1911-1960), one of the greatest of the 20th century. Nice card signed by him and dated 1941. Size is 4.75 x 3 inches, mat burn marks, in good condition.
