German baritone (1925-2012) and English mezzo-soprano (b.1933), LP sleeve cover signed by both artists. Janet Baker´s signature is on the light side, otherwise in excellent condition. Actual record is inside the sleeve and has not been tested.

German mezzo-soprano (1928-2021) and Austrian bass-baritone (1929-2000), double signed LP double record album sleeve "Das Knaben Wunderhorn". This is a 2-LP album with her signature on the front cover. Minor smudge on signature, otherwise in excellent condition, includes records (not tested).

American coloratura soprano (1929-2007), very famous between the '50s and the '70s, she became the general manager of the New York City Opera, chairwoman of the Lincoln Center and the Met Opera. Poster of the world premiere of "La Loca", opera by the Italian-American composer Giancarlo Menotti (1911-2007), dated in 1979 at the San Diego Opera. The poster was signed by Sills and by the artist Gerrit Greve (designer of the poster). Size is 22 x 38 inches, mounted on hard cardboard. Sill´s signature is a bit faded but still clearly visible, in very good condition.

Star Italian soprano (1922-2004), signed photo, shown as herself, inscribed and dated in San Francisco in 1955, 8 x 10 inches.

Celebrated Romanian-born soprano (1860-1939), well-known for being the first Tosca in the world premiere in 1900.  Signed postcard, dated in 1909 and mailed to a fan, size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

German tenor and opera impresario (1866-1932), who from 1908 through 1910 was a joint manager of the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Signed typed letter, dated in New York in 1905, to Steinway & Sons, praising the pianos and thanking for their courtesies during his recent engagements in the US. One page, 8 x 10.5 inches, this is the carbon copy of the typed letter, hand signed in black ink by the artist at the bottom. Item has folds, but is in very good condition.

Stabile, Mariano (1888-1968), famous Italian baritone, largely associated to the role of Falstaff and the italian repertoire. Signed photo postcard, shown as Falstaff, his most famous role, 3 x 4.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano, signed photo, shown as Amneris in Aida. Size is 5 x 7 inches.

CARLSON, Lenus (b. 1945), American baritono, signed promo photo shown as himself, size is 8 x 10 inches.

American baritone (b. 1944), signed photo, shown in Rogoletto. Size is 5 x 7 inches.

BAILEY, Norman (b. 1933), English bass-baritone, signed photo shown in role in Nabucco. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches.

Italian bass (1831-1892), who specialized in basso buffo roles in bel canto operas, sang in many important theaters in Europe and South America. Autograph letter signed, dated by him in 1887, asking somebody (probably a theater manager) to include Il Barbiere di Siviglia in the repertoire for the current season. One single sheet handwritten on both sides (folded into 4 pages of which 3 are handwritten by him, the 3rd is signed). Size of the entire sheet is 7 x 9 inches, in Italian, sold with a translation (see scans).
