Beautiful and large size signed photo, showing him as Scarpia (one of his very best roles, he was the first to sing this role in the US) in "Tosca" by Puccini. Great signed photo, shown as Scarpia in Tosca, 8 x 10 inches, inscribed, dated in 1931, on double weight photo paper, excellent condition

Beautiful and large size signed photo, showing him as Scarpia (one of his very best roles, he was the first to sing this role in the US) in "Tosca" by Puccini. Mounted in a mat (easy to remove), visible size is 6.25 x 13 inches, total size of mat is 9.5 x 15.75. Photo has some damage at the top, not visible as this is under the mat. ALSO included is a cast page from a Met Program, 1915, for a performance of Tosca with Scotti as Scarpia and Geralding Farrar in the title role. Also, a Victrola ad from 1920s showing him as Scarpia and promoting his records.
