Prominent Italian baritone (1882-1963), signed photograph, shown as Don Carlo in Verdi's Ernani, dated in 1954. Printed signature on front and stamped on verso by Underwood and Underwood photographers, New York.  Size is 7.75 x 10 inches, some rust and mouting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition.

Russian-born French soprano (1860-1936). One autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by her, 4 pages, undated. Size of each page is 6.5 x 8.25 inches, very small tear on third and fourth pages not affecting text, otherwise in very good condition. 

American contralto (1897-1993), highly celebrated in her time, and the first black person, American or otherwise, to perform at the Metropolitan Opera and an inspiration to many future African American performers.  Fine card signed by her. Size is 5 x 3 inches, in excellent condition.

Austrian soprano and mezzo-soprano and teacher (1842-1921), sang Wagnerian repertoire, particularly well known for Kundry in Parsifal. Visting card with her handwriting but no signature, size is 2.25 x 3.5 inches, written in German, sold untranslated. Also included attractive unsigned photo, shown as Fides in Meyberbeer's Le Prophete. Size is 6.5 x 7.75 inches, in excellent condition. Not sold separately. 

American soprano (1887-1984) who recorded with Thomas Alba Edison. Signed photograph, shown as herself, inscribed and dated in 1913. Size is 6 x 8 inches in excellent condition. Rare vintage item! Also included: 4 page unsigned publicity brochure for a concert at the Medinah Temple, Chicago containing previous reviews and accolades, as well a list of her recordings. Size of each page is 5.5 x 8.5 inches, in very good condition. Not sold separately.

American stage and screen actress (1910-2007), opera singer, TV personality, and spokesperson for the arts. Beautiful 6-bar autograph music quote from Love in Bloom by Lay Robert. Size is 8.75 x 3.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Signed as "Fanny Moody-Manners" reflecting her marriage to the bass Charles Manners with whom she formed the Moody-Manners Opera Company, dedicated to presenting opera in English. Blind stamped on front by photographer. Size is 6.5 x 8.5 inches, small tear on top right and small creases at bottom not affecting image and signature, otherwise in very good condition. 

American bass-baritone (1920-2002), singer and actor, particularly famous for his interpretation of Porgy in Gershwin's Porgy and Bess. Signed photograph, inscribed with sentiment, dated in 1949. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in very good condition. 

Star French soprano (1890-1979), one of the greatest Wagnerian sopranos during the 1930s and 1940s, who had many complications due to an alleged association with the Germans during the Nazi occupation of France. Signed publicity photograph, shown as herself, taken at the Bayreuth festival by house photographer Weirich. Size is 4.75 x 6.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Welsh-American baritone whose full name was Thomas Llyfnwy Thomas (1911-1983),  achieved fame for his performances both in concert halls and on television and radio, most notably on  The Voice of Firestone, also sang briefly at the Metropolitan Opera. Italian mezzo-soprano/contralto (1826-1894), also known as Marietta Alboni-Pepoli. Autograph note in Italian (untranslated) signed by her and dated 1849, where she declines to sing at a concert. Size is 5 x 7.6 inches, 1 written page in 1 sheet, in excellent condition.

Star Swedish opera singer (1820-1887), one of the most regarded singers of the 19th century and extraordinarily popular in her time. Autograph letter in English (no date) signed by her adding her husband's last name. Size is 4.3 x 6.9 inches, 4 written pages in 1 folded sheet, in very good condition.

German mezzo-soprano and famous teacher (1821-1913). Autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by her and dated 1887. Size is 4.4 x 6.9 inches, 3 written pages in 1 folded sheet, central fold, in excellent condition.

Star Swedish soprano (1843-1921), a fantastic bel canto singer, one of the most important opera stars of her time who sang at the inauguration night of the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Set of 2 autograph letters signed by her, as follows:  A. Autograph letter in English signed by her and dated 1886 about personal matters.
