    Star Australian soprano (1861-1931), who became one of the most famous singers of the late Victorian Era and the 20th century for her beautiful voice and technique.  Book "Melba's Gift Book of Australian Art and Literature" signed by the famous soprano with a short sentiment and dated in 1918 on the first blank page opposite her printed image in color by the Australian artist Florence Rodway. The book was published by George Robertson, no year indicated. Size is 7.5 x 10 inches, 176 pages, minor wear on the front cover, inside in very good condition, beautifully illustrated.
