American soprano (1925-2024) of Armenian descent and American mezzo-soprano of Lebanese origin (1930-2020), both mainstays of the Metropolitan Opera from the 1950s to the 1980s. Double signed photograph, shown in roles (likely in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte), size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition. 

Peruvian Tenor (b.1927), and celebrated Italian-American soprano (1932-2006), double signed photograph, shown as Fenton and Nanetta in Verdi's Falstaff. Printed signature on front of photographer Fayer, Vienna. Size is 8 x 10 inches, 

Star Spanish soprano (1933-2018) and leading Swedish tenor (1925-2017), double signed photograph, shown in roles in Verdi's I Vespri Siciliani, stamped on verso by photographer Louis Melancon, Metropolitan Opera, New York. Size is 8 x 10 inches, some creases and bends, otherwise in very good condition. 

Italian superstar tenor (1935-2007), and American counselor and retired actress (b.1950). Beautiful black-and-white movie-still photograph of the film "Yes, Giorgio" (1982) signed by the star Italian tenor with a short sentiment, and by the American actress, dated 1988.  Size is 10 x 7.9 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian baritone (1831-1918) of the first magnitude, regarded internationally as being one of the greatest male singers of the 19th century. Gorgeous black-and-white photograph of the baritone signed by him and inscribed to conductor Vincenzo Capezza, dated July 3, 1909. Size is 7.6 x 10.2 inches, big crease over the right border not affecting signature, creases over the bottom, otherwise in very good condition.

German tenor and impresario (1866-1932). Original vintage cabinet photograph of the singer shown in role by photographer Aimé Dupont (New York) signed and inscribed by Dippel to the Italian conductor Vincenzo Capezza, dated in Boston, April 1907.  Size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, minor damage over the right border, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.

Italian baritone (1860-1931) and master of bel canto singing. Original cabinet photograph of the artist shown in role by photographer Mishkin (New York), signed and inscribed by Ancona to the Italian conductor Vincenzo Capezza, dated in New York, 1904. Size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.

Star Italian soprano, actress, and monologist (1874-1944) who had a celebrated career in both the U.S. and Europe. Beautiful black-and-white photo postcard shown as herself, signed and inscribed by her, dated in London, 1912. Size is 3.4 x 5.3 inches, small crease over the top-right corner,  small repaired crack at the top center, otherwise in very good condition.

French tenor (1888-1951). Nice half-tone photograph shown as himself and signed by him with a short sentiment in Lyon, 1928. Size is 3.5 x 5.3 inches, in very good condition.

British bass (1874-1933). Nice black-and-white photo postcard signed by him, shown as himself. Size is 3.3 x 5.3 inches, ink markings on verso, some silvering over the image, in overall very good condition.

Egypt-born Greek tenor (1888-1971). Fine black-and-white photo postcard signed by him, shown as himself, dated in Verona, 1916. Size is 3.3 x 5.4 inches, in excellent condition.

Operatic singing trio active during the 1990s and early 2000s and termed as a supergroup consisting of Italian Luciano Pavarotti and Spaniards Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras. Beautiful color photograph signed by the 3 artists shown during the concert in Los Angeles, 1994. Size is 13.9 x 10.9 inches, in excellent condition.

American baritone (1857-1921). Signed photograph, shown as himself inscribed with brief musical quotation, dated in 1916. Printed signature on front of photographer Hartsook. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.

American soprano (1914-1990), who created the title role in Vanessa, opera by Samuel Barber, at the world premiere in 1958 at the Metropolitan Opera. Signed photograph, shown as herself, young. Stamped on verso by photographer Marcus Blechman. Size is 8 x 10 inches, several very small creases on edges, otherwise in very good condition. 

Welsh tenor (1858-1943), signature cut, size is 2.25 x 4 inches, several mounting traces but otherwise in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED: Unsigned cabinet photo, shown as himself, size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, small stain on verso, otherwise in very good condition. Not sold separately. 

American soprano (1845-1931), signed album page, dated in 1884, size is 3.5 x 7.25 inches, bold handwriting and signature, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED: Unsigned cabinet photo by Anderson, New York, shown possibly in role, size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, small tears on far right side and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition. Czech soprano (b.1932), signed photograph, shown in role in Janacek's Jenufa, dated in 1979. Stamped on verso by Jaroslav Svoboda, Prague. Size is 7 x 9.25 inches, in very good condition.

American coloratura soprano (1886-1963) who sang at the Metropolitan Opera from 1914 to 1921. Signature clip mounted onto soft cardboard with attractive half-tone oval-shaped photo, shown as herself in an adjoining window. Bold handwriting and signature. Clip is 2.25 x 3.75 inches, total item size is 4.25 x 7 inches, beautiful vintage item in excellent condition.

Italian Tenor (b. 1930), signed photograph, shown as himself, dated in 1974. Stamped on verso by photographer Piccagliani, La Scala, Milan. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, in excellent condition.  

German tenor (1863-1941), signature clip mounted onto a photo postcard showing him as Siegfried in Wagner's Ring Cycle, a photo by Hermann Leiser, Berlin. Signed as "E. Kraus". Size of clip is 1 x 2 inches, total item size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition. 

English contralto (1872-1936), best known as a recitalist and concert singer. Signed postcard photograph, shown as herself. Photo by Ellis and Walery photographers. Size is 3.5. x 5.5 inches, slight silvering on right side and very small creases on bottom left and right, otherwise in very good condition.

British contralto (1893 – 1973), signed postcard photograph, shown as herself. Bold handwriting and signature. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.

Star American contralto (1871-1947), considered one of the most beautiful voices of the golden era of singing. A beautiful collection of documents mostly SENT to her and her husband Sydney. The collection includes letters sent to her, carbon copies of letters she sent, telegrams, and other documents (itinerary, income and expenses, typed letters), and important people are mentioned such as Giulio Gatti-Casazza -The Metropolitan Opera Administrator. Italian baritone (1875-1955), who had a very successful and prolonged career interpreting Italian operas. Signed postcard photograph, shown as himself inscribed in Buenos Aires, dated in 1928. Beautiful handwriting and signature. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, slight paper loss on edges and small slice in the middle, otherwise in very good condition.

German soprano (1873-1949), nice signed cabinet photo, shown as herself, inscribed and dated in 1894. A photo by Aime Dupont, New York, size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, in excellent condition.

English bass (1908-1973), signed posted photograph, shown as Colline in Puccini's La Boheme, inscribed. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition.

British baritone, active with the British National Opera Company in the early twentieth century. Signed postcard photograph, shown as Papageno in Mozart's Die Zauberflote, size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in very good condition.

English soprano (1885-1969), signed photograph, shown as herself, dated in 1936. Stamped on verso by photographer Kenneth Collins, London. Size is 4 x 6.25 inches, small tear at the top left not affecting image and signature and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition. 

French-American coloratura soprano (1898-1976), a Metropolitan star for nearly 30 years. 3.25 x 3.75 inch signature cut, dated by her in 1934 mounted onto a card which also includes an unsigned 2.25 x 3.25 inch half-tone black and white photo of her shown as herself possibly taken from a newspaper or magazine. Total item size is 4 x 6.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Star Australian soprano (1861-1931), who became one of the most famous singers of the late Victorian Era and the 20th century for her beautiful voice and technique.  Book "Melba's Gift Book of Australian Art and Literature" signed by the famous soprano with a short sentiment and dated in 1918 on the first blank page opposite her printed image in color by the Australian artist Florence Rodway. The book was published by George Robertson, no year indicated. Size is 7.5 x 10 inches, 176 pages, minor wear on the front cover, inside in very good condition, beautifully illustrated.

French tenor (1844-1937), then baritone, and later a vocal teacher; most famous for creating the role of Don Jose in Bizet's Carmen. Early-1900s vocal score edition of Bizet's "Carmen" genuinely signed by the French tenor in the 1930s with a short sentiment in French, "In remembrance of my creation of Don Jose". Lhèrie added at the top a fake signature of the composer Georges Bizet and plus a short sentiment. The vocal score was published by Choudens, Paris, no date (circa 1910), 363 pages, size is 7.75 x 10.9 inches, non-original hardcovers, in very good condition. Autographs of Paul Lherie are exceedingly rare to find -this is a fantastic item to collect!
