Bold and clear handwriting and signature. Stamped on both front and verso by photographer Chris Bennion, Seattle. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in very good condition.

Italian soprano (1891-1951), signed page on 5.25 x 8.25 inch carbon paper of the Grand Hotel De L'Europe in Salzburg, dated in Salzburg in 1935. Small creases and smudges not affecting the handwriting and signature. Also included: unsigned photo postcard, shown as herself, a photo by F. Rota, Milan, size is 3.4 x 5.25 inches, in very good condition. Not sold separately.

Italian soprano (b. 1967) and Danish baritone (b. 1962), double signed photograph, shown in roles in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte. Size is 5 x 7 inches, in excellent condition. 

Mezzo-soprano active in the 1920s and 30s with a number of English and Scottish opera companies. Signed photograph (most likely taken from a larger program), showing her in the title role of Bizet's Carmen. 5.75 x 8.5 inch item which folds, some mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition.

Canadian tenor (b.1965); and German soprano (b.1969). Nice color photograph signed by both artists, shown in Beethoven's opera "Fidelio". Size is 9.75 x 8 inches, in excellent condition.

Swedish soprano (b.1963), and German tenor (1954-2025). Beautiful color photograph signed by both artists, shown in performance (probably an opera by Wagner). Size is 9.75 x  8 inches, in excellent condition.

English contralto (?-1915), sister of the celebrated contralto Adelaide Phillips (1833-1882). Autograph letter in English signed by her. Size is 5.3 x 8.3 inches, 4 written pages in one sheet, folds, in very good condition.

German bass-baritone (1909-2003). Page from and LP insert with his photograph signed by him including a short note handwritten by him. Size is 6.9 x 10.8 inches, in excellent condition.

American baritone (1917-2004), famous for his performances at the Metropolitan Opera, recordings, and many broadcasts, and successor of Leonard Warren as the leading American baritone after his death in 1960. Larger size color Cibachrome* print signed and dated by the baritone in 1975, shown in rehearsal in Philadelphia that same year; also signed on verso by photographer Allen Winigrad.  Size is 9.3 x 11.8 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition. *Cibachrome prints are high-quality prints from color transparency enlarged onto reversal color paper. This paper already has the emulsion incorporated and gives exceptional color brilliance.

American composer and pianist (b.1938) and American mezzo-soprano (b. 1943), double signed photograph, shown in concert, inscribed. Size is 8 x 10 inches, small crease on bottom right, otherwise in very good condition. 

American soprano and voice teacher (1893-1974), signed photograph, shown as herself, inscribed and dated in San Diego in 1927. Stamped on verso by photography studio Alfred's, Los Angeles. Size is 8 x 10 inches, small crease on bottom left, otherwise in excellent condition.

Star Spanish tenor (1927-1999), celebrated Spanish mezzo-soprano (1935-2022), and Italian bass-baritone (1919-2003).  Triple signed photograph, shown in roles in Rossini's Barbiere di Siviglia, dated in 1966. Size is 8 x 10 inches, several small creases on corners, otherwise in very good condition. 

American soprano (1887-1984) who recorded with Thomas Alba Edison. Signed photograph, shown as herself, a photo taken by Mishkin Studios, New York, inscribed and dated in 1912. Bold handwriting and signature. This is a 5.75 x 7.5 photo mounted onto soft cardboard, total item size is 6.75 x 10.5 inches. Signature is at the bottom of the cardboard and not on the photo itself, and this is inscribed to the legendary Metropolitan Opera General Manager Giulio Gatti-Cassazza, who ran the company from 1908 to 1935. Very small creases on the edges of the cardboard, otherwise in excellent condition. Very attractive vintage item!

Russian-born American soprano and film actress (1912-2000).  Signed photograph, shown in role, inscribed. Size is 8 x 10 inches, small creases on the bottom, otherwise in good condition. 

Spanish bass (1874-1953) whose career developed mostly at the Metropolitan Opera between 1901 and 1920. Signed photograph, shown in role, inscribed and dated in 1949. Size is 8 x 10 inches, small cracks on bottom left and right corners outside of the image and textual area and some mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition. 

Italian tenor (1876-1949), who enjoyed an international career as a dramatic tenor of the first rank, becoming a respected interpreter of Otello and Pinkerton -the latter a role he created in 1904. Signed postcard photograph, shown in role (likely Dick Johnson in Puccini's Fanciulla del West), signed and inscribed on front with additional text on verso. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, some small cracks at top and bottom of item not affecting any of the handwriting or image, otherwise in good condition. 

Italian baritone (1887-1954) and teacher, signed photograph, shown as himself, inscribed, dated in Naples in 1921. Blind stamped on front by photographer. Size is 6 x 11 inches, some paper loss and small crease on bottom left, otherwise in very good condition. 

Italian lyric tenor who was also the director of the Dante Alighieri Vocal Studio in New York City. Full booklet written by him entitled "Natura ed Arte" dedicated to Enrico Caruso and containing his commentary on opera and related matters (with text in both English and Italian) and several photographs. 48 numbered pages plus covers. Mariotti's signature is on page 15 underneath a photo of him, inscribed in New Brunswick, and dated in 1926 (see scans). Item size is 7 x 10 inches, small tear on back cover, otherwise well-preserved item in good condition.

Star Italian tenor (1921-2003) who had a major international opera career associated in particular with the spinto and dramatic tenor roles of the Italian repertory, and celebrated universally for his powerhouse voice, electrifying top notes, clear timbre, very elegant and passionate singing. Signed photograph, shown as himself, dated in 1961. Printed signature on front of photographer Villiani, Bologna. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, in excellent condition. 

Program for a performance of the American contralto with an accompanist in New York, (no year indicated).  Size is 6.1 x 9.1 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is an extra page with her signature. Size is 7 x 9.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Argentine tenor (1890-?),  signed postcard photograph, shown as himself, inscribed and dated in 1945 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Bold handwriting and signature. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition  

American mezzo-soprano and film actress (1885-1958), appeared as La Frugola in the world premiere production of Puccini's Il Tabbaro at the Metropolitan Opera, New York in 1918. Signed photograph, shown most likely in role, inscribed.  Printed signature on front of photographer Fernand De Gueldre, Chicago. Size is .9.5 x 14 inches, small crease on top right, otherwise in very good condition.

Star Italian baritone (1866-1936), one of the most important singers of the Metropolitan Opera for over 25 years. Signature cut, dated in Baltimore in 1908, 1.75 x 3.75 inches matted on the bottom portion of a very attractive larger mat. Also included in another window at the top of the mat is a 4.5 x 6.5 inch photograph of him in role. Total item size is 8 x 12 inches, some mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.

Portuguese baritone (1856-1921), who sang leading roles in opera houses throughout Europe. Large signed album page with attached photograph, shown as himself, dated in Munich in 1911. Photo by M.
