American contralto and pioneer in music therapy (1908-1997), signed program for the Ford Sunday Evening Hour radio broadcast on the Columbia Broadcasting System, from October 11,1936. The program is a folded 4-page document with each page sized 4.25 x 7.25 inches, with the signature on the front program page. The program contains descriptions of each of the pieces performed along with biographies of each of the artists involved (this program also included performances by Kirsten Flagstad and Fritz Reiner). In excellent condition.

Each page is 9.25 x 13 inches in size with very small tears at both the top and some sides of the page but not affecting the text and signature. Rare vintage items not sold separately!
