Signed photo showing a painting of him, (a famous portrait by American painter Wayman Adams (1883-1959)), shown in performance, inscribed and signed in Russian, dated in 1943. Size is 8 x 9.9 inches, minor crease across the top not affecting the signature, in excellent condition.

Russian-born American cellist (1903-1976), considered one of the greatest cello players of the 20th century. Nice black-and-white photo postcard signed with a long sentiment and dated by him in Berlin, 1923, shown young; blind-stamped on the front by photographer Schlofs Atelier (Berlin). Size is 3.4 x 5.4 inches, some rust at the top and creases, some wear around edges, in overall very good condition.

Russian-born American cellist (1903-1976), considered one of the greatest cello players of the 20th century. Nice photograph signed by him, dated by him in April 1947. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian cellist, teacher and composer (1822-1901) whose full name was "Carlos Alfredo Piatti", actively performed for over five decades, composed several cello pieces. Autograph letter signed, 3 pages, dated in London in 1875, written in Italian and sold untranslated. Size of each page is 5.25 x 8 inches, in excellent condition.
