Autograph letter in German (untranslated) on a postcard signed by him, dated March 9, 1884, where he addresses the musicologist Max Friedlaender (1852-1934), concerning music matters. Size is 3.6 x 5.5 inches, some ink stains at the top caused by the postal mark, otherwise in very good condition.

German conductor (1823-1902) and composer. Set of two autograph letters in German signed by him, dated 1891 addressed to Giovanni Tebaldini (with an autograph letter as an answer on the third page), concerning music matters and music literature. Both letters are 5.5 x 8.5 inches in size approximately, 3 written pages in total, plus one sheet with a reply to the first letter, folds, overall rust tone, in very good condition. German conductor and composer (1875-1937), was in charge of the Dresden Philharmoinic 1929-32 among other orchestras in Germany, focused on late romanticism pieces and the dissemination of works by Richard Strauss, toured extensively and died while on tour. As a composer, created songs, chamber music and smaller orchestral works. Signed card attached to a cardboard with a photo, with a short sentiment, dated in 1932. Also included is an unsigned photo postcard of the conductor and composer, sizes are 4 x 5.75 for the signed piece, and 3.25 x 5.5 inches for the unsigned photo postcard, both in excellent condition.
