Verdi writes 5 bars of music from this opera, the start from Aida´s musical leitmotif, "Amore, amore, grandi tormento..." sang by Aida on the duetto with Amneris on Act 2. Size is 5.25 x 8.3 inches, in excellent condition. This is probably the best autograph music quote signed by Verdi we have ever seen, and it has one of his most famous music themes.
