Israeli politician (1915-2012), who served as the seventh Prime Minister of Israel, serving two terms, 1983-1984 and 1986-1992.  Signed book "Summing Up", first edition 1994 by Weidenfeld and Nicolson, London. Signature is on the title page, and is inscribed, with a short sentiment. Hard covers, dust jacket, 276 numbered pages, dated by him in 1996.

First English edition of this classic ballet book by Valerien Svetlov, published by C. W. Beaumont, London, 1922. Volume dedicated to a biography of famous dancer Tamara Karsavina (1885-1978), a total of 148 numbered pages plus extras, with many  full-page illustrations, some in color and others in sepia tone. Original hard covers, 8.5 x 12.4 inches, some wear on covers, spotted stains in title pages, in very good condition.

German aero-engineer and test pilot (1898-1993) who worked as director of the Madras Institute of Technology, and played a crucial role in the development of the Indian airforce. Heinz Conradis' book "Forschen und Fliegen: Weg und Werk von Kurt Tank" (Research and Fly: Kurt Tank's Path and Work) signed and inscribed by Kurt Tank on the frontend page in Bangalore, October 28, 1960. The book was written in German, published by Musterschmidt-Verlag, 396 pages, size is 5.5 x 8.25 inches, hardcovers, dustjacket, some wear and cracks on the dustjacket, some rust in the initial pages, the rest in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED are four photographs of Mr. Tank and alongside Indian president Jawaharlal Nehru.

U2 is an Irish rock band formed in Dublin in 1976. The group consists of Bono, the Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. Book "U2 by U2" signed by two members of the band: the Edge on his bio page and Clayton on the cover. Published by Harper Collins, first edition (2006). Size is 9.75 x 11.8 inches, 353 pages approx., soft covers, some wear on the corners, otherwise in overall very good condition. IMPORTANT: The four signatures of the members of the band appearing on the opposite page to the first title page are facsimile (printed).

English actress (1882-1976) who toured internationally in Shakespearean productions, often appearing with her husband Lewis Casson. Her biography written by her and Elisabeth Sprigge, signed by both on the full title page. First edition by Victor Gollancz, London, 1971. 348 pages, hardcovers, dust jacket. Size is 5.7 x 8.7 inches, book in excellent condition, dust jacket with wear on edges.

Book by Arnold L. Haskell, published in 1943 by Adam & Charles Black, with multiple signatures of ballet dancers from the company. A total of 10 signatures, all in the frontend page and opposite to the back of the front cover.  Signers are (top to bottom): Ninette de Valois (who wrote a short introduction to this book), Margot Fonteyn, Leslie Edwards, Joy Newton, Margaret Dale, Beryl Grey, Robert Helpmann, Julia Farron, Alexis Rassine and Celia Franca. A total of 96 numbered pages, includes some photographs in black and white, 5.6 x 8.6 inches, dustjacket and hardcovers. The dustjacket is in poor condition, book is in very good condition.

American playwright (1911-1983), one of the foremost writers of America during the 20th century. Signed book, a novel published by Bantam Books, 1976, this is a second edition, first edition by Bantam (book was published in 1975 by Simon & Schuster). Softcovers, 214 numbered pages, signed by Williams on the title page, 4.1 x 7 inches, in excellent condition.
