Group of 2 original, unpublished pictures of a performance of Gotterdammerung, Bayreuther Buhnenfestspiele, 1933. Rare pictures taken from the audience, each one is 4.5 inches x 3.25 inches, mounted on a 9.25 x 7-inch white cardboard, with annotations in pencil at the bottom mentioning what lines are being sung at that moment. Rare photographic documentation of the Bayreuth Festival during the infamous Nazi-period in Germany. In excellent condition - not sold separately.
