French soprano, born Victorine-Zoé Delau, made her debut in 1853 at the Opéra-Comique where she sang until 1870 singing minor roles. Created roles in Auber's "Manon Lescaut", Halevy's "Valentine d'Aubigny", Gevaert's "Quentin Durward" and Auber's "La fiancée du Roi de Garbe". Unsigned carte-de-visite (CDV) by Numa Blanc & Co., Paris, shown in role. Size is 2.5 x 4 inches, in excellent condition.
