Ukrainian tenor (1882-1959).  Set of 8 printed scores of songs, signed by him on the front cover, with markings inside.  Some scores include works by Taneyev and Rachmaninoff.  Various sizes ranging from 8.6 x 11.4 inches to 10.5 x 14.25 inches, from 4 pages and up, all in good condition or better. American soprano (1889-?).  Large signed photo shown as Hansel in Humperdinck's Hansel und Grethel, inscribed and dated in  1912.  Photo is mounted on an original mat by Matzene Studio, Chicago.  Total size is 9.9 x 13.3 inches, actual photo is 6.8 x 9.3 inches, rust stains on edges, minor creases, in very good condition.

Italian baritone (1882-1952), well known for her specialized performances in Verismo operas.  Large photograph signed and inscribed by him, dated in Naples, 1912.  Photo is mounted on an original mat by photographer Alfredo Pesce, Naples.  Total size is 9.7 x 13.75 inches, actual photo is 6.1 x 8.9 inches, mat has jagged edges, in very good condition.

Celebrated American mezzo-soprano (b.1937) who later tackled soprano roles in a wide range of Italian, French, German and English repertory.  Large signed photo shown as Floria Tosca in Puccini's opera.  Size is 10.9 x 14 inches, minor damages on edges, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian tenor (1870-1940), known internationally for his interpretations of the Bel Canto repertory, being a famous competitor of star tenor Enrico Caruso.  Large signed photo shown as himself, inscribed and dated in 1930.  Photo is mounted on a photographer mat by Francesco Reale, Roma.  Total size is 10.25 x 14.1 inches, actual photo is 6.4 x 9.6 inches, minor scratches and wear on photo, otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1898-1975).  Large signed photo shown in role (probably as Rodolfo in La Boheme), inscribed with a short sentiment to soprano Mafalda Favero, dated in Lecce, 1930.  Mat also is signed in ink by photographer T. Santacroce, Milano, and ink-stamped on verso.   Total size is 9.9 x 13.6 inches, actual photo is 5.9 x 8.5 inches, loss of paper over lower-right corner, dirt over edges, in good condition.

American coloratura soprano (1886-1963) who sang at the Metropolitan Opera from 1914 to 1921.  Larger size mat with a photograph of her shown as herself, signed and inscribed by her.  Original mat by photographer Mishkin, New York.  Total size is 9 x 12.9 inches, actual photo is 5.8 x 7.9 inches, water damage over the lower border, loss of paper over upper and lower left corners, in good condition.

German soprano (1876-1956), signed photo postcard, shown in role. Stamped on verso by photographer Edith Lesser, Berlin. Size is 3.25 x 5.5 inches, some silvering on top, otherwise in excellent condition.

Brazilian soprano (b. 1951), signed photo, shown as herself. Size is 5 x 7.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Argentine soprano (1879-1914) who had an important career ad died at 36.  Fine photograph shown in role, mounted on a large mat where she signed and inscribed with a long sentiment, dated in Florence, 1914. The photograph is blind-stamped on the front by photographer Francesco Reale, Rome.  Total size is 10.9 x 16.25 inches, actual photo is 6 x 9.25 inches, creases over the top and bottom, otherwise in very good condition.  Very rare!

American contralto (1880-1962).  Large size photo shown as herself, signed by her in white ink and dated in 1912; photo is mounted on a photographer mat by Mishkin Studio, New York.  Total size is 11 x 14 inches, actual photo is 5.8 x 7.8 inches, crack over the right border of the mat, creases on corners, some rust stains on margins, but the photo is in excellent condition.

Austrian soprano (1899-?).  Larger size mat with a photograph of her, signed, inscribed to Max Ast, and dated in Vienna, 1927.  Blind stamp on front by photographer Atelier Ingret, Vienna; and also signed in pencil below by the photographer.  Total size is 9.25 x 12.75 inches, actual photo is 6.7 x 9 inches, some silvering on edges, otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian tenor whose career developed mostly in Italy during the first decades of the XX Century.  Large photograph signed by him, shown as himself, dated in Milan, 1917.  Photo is mounted on a mat by photographer P. Pollini, Pordenone, Italy.  Total size is 9.75 x 13.5 inches, actual photo is 5.9 x 8.9 inches, some creases and minor decoloration on borders, otherwise in very good condition.  Rare!

Italian soprano (1891-1966) who enjoyed a successful career in Italy during the 1920s and 1930s.  Large photograph mounted on a mat, shown as herself, signed, inscribed and dated by her in Rome, 1924.  Photographer mat and blind-stamped on the front by photographer Sciutto, Genoa.  Total size is 7 x 11.75 inches, actual photo is 6.1 x 10.5 inches, minor creases, in very good condition.

Austro-Hungarian tenor (1870-1927) and also opera director and film actor.  Large size photograph shown in role, signed and inscribed by him, dated in Hamburg, 1923.  Size is 9.25 x 12 inches, poor contrast on the signature, loss of paper over the lower-right corner, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition.

Italian soprano (1906-1991).  Large signed photo shown probably as Floria Tosca in Puccini's opera, inscribed and dated in 1940.  Photo is also signed in pencil by photographer (illegible name).  Size is 11.25 x 13.9 inches, cracks on borders, small loss of paper over the upper-right corner, priced accordingly.

Austrian baritone (1895-1946) who during the second part of his career moved into the tenor repertoire.  Larger size photo-compose with a picture of him at the center plus 10 more small photos of him in different roles around.  Photo is signed, inscribed, and dated by him in Prague, 1889.  Total size is 12.75 x 9.75 inches, actual photo is 6.3 x 7.7 inches, creases across the top, some age-toning, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian tenor (1890-1967) who enjoyed an important international career.  Large mat with a photograph of him shown in role, signed, inscribed, and dated by him in 1928.  Photo is also signed in pencil by the photographer under his ink signature.  Total size is 9.75 x 14.1 inches, actual photo is 6.75 x 9.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1886-1966) whose career focused mostly in Italy.  Large size photograph mounted on a photographer mat, signed by him and inscribed to the Direction of Teatro Municipale, dated in Reggio Emilia, 1921; blind-stamped on the front by R. Petrelli, Florence.  Total size is 9.8 x 14.25 inches, actual photo is 6.4 x 9.1 inches, some silvering on edges, minor creases and minor damages on corners of the mat, otherwise in very good condition.

German soprano (1898-1950).  Large mat with a photograph of her, shown as herself, signed and inscribed in Berlin, 1928.  Photo is also signed in pencil on the front by photographer Willinger, Berlin.  Total size is 10.6 x 13 inches, actual photo is 5.75 x 7.75 inches, cracks on edges, irregularly cut top, in fair condition.

American soprano (1873-1971), celebrated by her portrayals of Nedda in Leoncavallo's Pagliacci and Cio-Cio-Sa in Puccini's Madama Butterfly.  Large size photo mounted on a mat where signs and inscribes.  Photo is also signed by photographer Jean Vasilescu, New York.  Total size is 10.5 x 14.1 inches, actual photo is 7 x 9.4 inches (visible window size), in excellent condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano (1886-?) who also tackled some soprano roles during her career.  Larger size mat with a photograph of her shown as herself, inscribed with a short sentiment and dated in Rio de Janeiro, 1920; photo by A. Cattani & Sons, Florence.  Total size is 9 x 13.9 inches, actual photo is 5.2 x 8.5 inches, silvering on borders, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian soprano (1872-1959), who saw early success at La Scala, Rome, and Turin interpreting verismo roles, and tackling some Wagnerian roles. Large photograph shown as herself, signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment to the Italian conductor Vittorio Gui, dated in Turin, 1927.  Photo is mounted on a photographer mat by Studio Deazti, Turin.  Total size is 11.75 x 15.5 inches, actual photo is 6.6 x 8.9 inches, even age-toning, minor water stains over the lower border, in very good condition.

Italian tenor (1895-?) who made his debut in 1912 at the Teatro Biondo of Palermo, Italy.  Large mat with a photo signed and inscribed by him, shown as Lohengrin in Wagner's opera.  Ink stamp below photo by photographer Rosario Carlino, Lecce, Italy.  Total size is 11.75 x 16.5 inches, actual photo is 7.1 x 11.9 inches, creases across all borders, otherwise in good condition.

Hungarian soprano (1896-?).  Larger size photo mounted on a mat, shown as herself, signed and dated by her in 1935; also signed in pencil below by photographer H. Eliascheff.  Total size is 9.9 x 13.8 inches, actual photo is 6.4 x 8.4 inches, some spotted rust stains, otherwise in excellent condition.

Austrian soprano (1896-1975), known for her interpretation of works by Richard Strauss.   Nice photograph mounted on a mat, signed and inscribed by the soprano to Music Director Max Ast, dated in 1926.  Photograph is blind-stamped on the front by photographer Ellinger, Salzburg; and also signed in pencil by the photographer over the lower-right corner.  Total size is 9.5 x 12.6 inches, actual photo is 6.4 x 8.3 inches, in excellent condition.

Austrian tenor (1880-1954) of Danube Swabians origin.  Large size photograph mounted on a mat, shown as himself, signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, dated in Vienna, 1928.  Printed stamp on the front of the mat by photographer Residenz-Atelier.  Total size is 9.75 x 14 inches, actual photo is 5.9 x 7.6 inches, minor damages on corners, some silvering on the photo, otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian bass who sang in Rome, Modena, and in other Italian opera theaters during the 1890s and 1900s.  Large signed photo mounted on a mat, shown in role, inscribed and dated in Modena, Italy, 1895.  Total size is 10.6 x 16.25 inches, actual photo is 7 x 14.25 inches, top border of the mat is missing but the photo itself is complete, with a minor loss of paper over the upper-left margin, otherwise in very good condition.
