Mezzo-soprano whose full name was Maria Mayhoff-Freudenberg, came to the U.S as a refugee from Nazi-occupied Europe in the1930s. Fine card signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment in New York, March 30, 1915 attached with a small half-tone photo of her. Size is 5.75 x 3.3 inches, in excellent condition. German dramatic soprano (1872-1932), who had a secure, powerful, ringing voice, fine musicianship, and excellent technique. Fine card signed by her dated 1906, mounted on cardboard.
