Signed postcard photograph, shown as Nemorino in Donizetti's L'Elisir D'Amore, a particularly celebrated role of his.  Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, slight silvering, otherwise in very good condition.  

Beautiful half-tone photograph on a photogravure by Mishkin, shown as Eleazar in Halevy's "La Juive" (which was his last role added to his repertoire), signed by the star Italian tenor at the bottom with the quote "here is another father!!!". Photograph is blind-stamped on the front by Carl De Nemethy. Size is 5.4 x 8.75 inches, crease over the top border and upper-left corner, stains over the lower border, otherwise in very good condition.

Signed postcard photograph, containing both a photo image of himself super-imposed upon a self-drawn caricature, 2 bold and clear signatures, on both the left and right side of these images. Dated in 1903. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, beautifully preserved in excellent condition. A very rare and unique item!

Beautiful half-tone photograph of the super star Italian tenor (1873-1921), signed and inscribed by him, shown with his wife Dorothy and daughter Gloria, inscribed to the prominent Italian conductor Vincenzo Bellezza, dated in New York in 1920.  An original photograph with a printed signature on the front by photographer C. Mishkin, New York. Size is 7.75 x 11.25 inches, small crease on top right and bend below the photo, otherwise in very good condition.

Superstar Italian tenor (1873-1921), signed postcard showing a beautiful landscape with a female painter, his sentimental letter and inscription along with signature are on verso, composed in the Bronx, New York, signed only with his last name. ALSO INCLUDED: 2  centennial stamps issued in 1973 on the 100th anniversary of Caruso's birth. One of the centennial stamps is part of a postcard containing a painted image of him as the Duke in Verdi's Rigoletto, an image that is replicated on an additional stamp, total size of this item is 4 x 5.75 inches.  This same image on a stamp also appears on a 3.5 x 6.5 inch envelope which contains both another centennial stamp (without image) and an unsigned photo of Caruso, shown as himself. Each of these are in excellent condition, not sold separately. 

Superstar Italian tenor (1873-1921), signed postcard showing the Grand Opera House in Atlanta, Georgia, his sentimental letter and inscription along with signature are on verso, composed in the Bronx, New York, signed only with his last name, size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, very slight paper loss on bottom left and right corners, otherwise in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED: a set of centennial stamps issued in 1973 on the 100th anniversary of Caruso's birth. One stamp containing an image of him as the Duke in Verdi's Rigoletto is mounted onto a 3.75 x 6.75 inch envelope which also contains an attractive drawing of Caruso as himself in honor of the centennial of his birth, as well as 2 centennial stamps without images.  Another 3.75 x 6.5 envelope has no images of Caruso but also contains 2 1973 commemorative stamps. Each of these are in excellent condition, not sold separately.

ALSO INCLUDED are 2 unsigned photographs of him: one of them is a promo photograph as Riccardo in Verdi's Un Ballo in Maschera, blind-stamped on the front by photographer Dupont (New York), size 4.2 x 6.7 inches; the other, is an original casual photograph shown next to soprano Margherita Namara, size is 7.75 x 9.8 inches, jagged edges.

Total size is 5.5 x 7.4 inches, actual postcard size is 3.5 x 5.4 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian super star tenor (1873-1921) who was also an amateur caricaturist. Self-caricature drawn on the bottom right side of a signed postcard containing a photographic image of the Economic Ministry building in Montevideo, Uruguay, dated in Montevideo in 1903. His signature is just above his self-caricature. Sze is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in very good condition.   

Program for a performance of Verdi's Aida at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London, June 11th, 1902, with Enrico Caruso in the leading role of Radames who signed over the cast page in page 4.  Performers included Lilian Nordica as Aida and Antonio Scotti as Amonasro as well.  Size is 9.75 x 12.25 inches, 4 pages, folds, cracks, in good condition. Programs signed by Caruso are exceedingly rare, being this one the second we have ever seen.

Signed 78 rpm record from Victor Talking Machine Co., with just one aria by Tchaikovsky-Heine ("Porquoi?", or "Tell me why?). Size is 9.8 inches in diameter, has scratches, sold untested, in overall very good condition. Signed records of Caruso a rare!

Beautiful self-caricature of the Italian tenor signed by him and dated in London, 1904.  Sheet has an additional small scratched caricature over the upper-right border; restaurant menu on verso. Total size is 7.3 x 9.6 inches, mat-burn marks on all borders, small mounting marks as well, folds, in overall very good condition.

Size is 5.1 x 6.75 inches, central fold, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a modern print photograph of the tenor. Size is 5 x 6.3 inches, in excellent condition.

Beautifully matted caricature done by the great tenor, together with a photo. Caruso created this drawing of himself, signed and dated it in October 1911. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches for the caricature (visible window size), and 3.8 x 5.25 inches for the photo (visible window size). Overall size is 15 x 11 inches, in excellent - absolutely pristine condition, will look fantastic if framed

Enrico Caruso (1873-1921) was an Italian superstar tenor who left an impressive record legacy and performed in the most important operatic theaters in the world. Original unsigned cabinet photograph of the tenor by photographer Aimé Dupont. size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, pinholes in all four corners, in overall excellent condition.

French opera impresario (1825-1897) and director of the Paris Opera Comique. Nice set of 3 autographed letters signed by him, in French (sold untranslated), each of the letters is on the official stationery of the Opera-Comique, Paris. Two of the letters are undated and 2 pages long, with each page 5.25 x 8.25 inches in size; the third is dated 1896, 4 pages in length, 5 x 8 inches in size. All are in very good condition.  SOLD ONLY AS A LOT, NOT SOLD SEPARATELY.
