Delius politely declines, pointing out the upcoming premiere of an unidentified piece by him with Henry Wood, which he is still working on, and the delivery of a score. Interesting content, 2 handwritten pages on one larger folded one, each one is 5 x 8 inches, in excellent condition. See scans.
