French organist, composer and pedagogue (1886-1971), toured extensively as organist and suceeded Charles Widor as the titular organist at St. Sulpice in Paris. Dupré created lots of works for keyboard and vocal. Autograph lot contains 3 signed personal cards as professor of the Conservatoire National, a postcard handwritten and signed by him, a short typed note which he signed together with other members of his family, as well as a photo postcard of him at the organ, handwritten and signed by him on verso. Six items in total, signed personal cards are 3.5 x 2.5 inches, the 2 signed postcards are 3.25 x 5.5 inches, and the signed note is 5.25 x 8.5 inches, all in excellent condition

Program for a series of 3 recitals celebrating the centenary of the birth of composer Cesar Franck, at the Wanamaker Auditorium, New York, Dec 1922 (2 concerts) and January 1923 (last concert). French organists Marcel Dupre (2) and Charles Courboin (1) perform these series. Full program with all pages and covers, 5 x 7.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Program for a recital of the celebrated French organist at Redlands, CA, USA, on November 16, 1946, signed by him and his wife Margarite on the front cover.  Size is 6 x 9 inches, 4 pages, rust stains, folds, some cracks, in overall very good condition.

Autograph letter signed, 2 pages on both sides of a 6.25 x 8.5 inch sheet, written in French, dated in Paris in 1845, some small stains and creases on edges, otherwise in good condition. Also included: 1 one page 8 x 11.75 inch page containing both typed French and German transcriptions of the letter, in excellent condition.

On verso, clips from an article from this issue of L`Illustration about him and Caroline, all mounted on a mat that is 9.5 x 12.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Set of 4 autograph letters signed, from between 1843 and 1858, in French (sold with translations) - plus one engagement contract 1828-1831 for the Theatre Royal de L`Odeon, printed but signed by him at the end. A total of five items, sizes from 4.9 x 7.25 inches to 8.25 x 10.5 inches, all in very good condition, not sold separately.

His book "L'Art du Chant" signed twice by the author (on the title page and over the opposite blank page) with a 3-bar music quote and lyrics.  Size is 7.5 x 10.8 inches, 123 pages, 2nd edition (no year); original covers were removed and rebound with leather hard covers, in overall very good condition.

Signed contract for teaching at the famous "Ecole Spéciale de Chant"; the pupil, Raoul Fauquez is well known and had a career in the Théâtre-Lyrique and Opéra-Comique in Paris under the name of Coppel.
