Austrian soprano (1896-1975), known for her interpretation of works by Richard Strauss.   Nice photograph mounted on a mat, signed and inscribed by the soprano to Music Director Max Ast, dated in 1926.  Photograph is blind-stamped on the front by photographer Ellinger, Salzburg; and also signed in pencil by the photographer over the lower-right corner.  Total size is 9.5 x 12.6 inches, actual photo is 6.4 x 8.3 inches, in excellent condition.
