Size is 8.5 x 11 inches, 1 two-sided page, one small tear on the side, 2 bullet holes, folds, in very good condition.

Large autograph music quote with 3 bars from an unknown piece, inscribed, with a short sentiment and dated by him in 1909 (when he was only 30 years old).
