Russian-born conductor (1874-1951), composer and double-bassist, known for his long tenure as music director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 1924 to 1949. Typed Letter Signed with handwritten signature, 1 page written in English on his official Boston Symphony stationary and dated in 1937. Size is 8 x 10.75 inches, several folds and very slight paper loss at very top, otherwise in excellent condition. 

German conductor (b.1929), signed photograph, shown in rehearsal. Stamped on verso by photographer Schaffler, Salzburg. Size is 4 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Full 8-page program with all pages and covers, size of each page is 5.5 x 8.25 inches, in excellent condition.

Double signed program for a concert of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra in December 1961 which featured Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and other works, conducted by Fritz Rieger and featuring the vocal soloists Maria Stader, Marga Hoffgen, Helge Rosvaenge, and Ludwig Welter, signed by both Rieger and Rosvaenge on the cover page. This is a folded 4 page program, size of each page is 5.75 x 8.25 inches, in very good condition.

Program for a performance of the Minnesota Orchestra at the University of New Mexico, conducted by the Orchestra's music director Stanislaw Skrowaczewski, signed by him on the cover page. Size of each page is 5.5 x 8.5 inches, full 6-page program with all pages and covers, a few small creases, otherwise in very good condition.

Signed Program Clip for a concert conducted by the conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra in 1931 presented by The Philharmonic Society of San Mateo County in July 1931. Signed by the conductor on the program cover page with additional separate photograph and biograph of him. Program cover page is 5.75 x 9 pages, attached biography/photo is on a 8 x 10 inch sheet, with a small crease on the bottom of the sheet, otherwise in very good condition. 

Indian-born American soprano (1901-1980), set of 1 signed photograph, shown as herself, inscribed, size is 8 x 10.25 inches, several creases on each corner, otherwise in good condition, along with 1 autograph note signed, dated in 1959, size is 5 x 8 inches, in excellent condition. Not sold separately. 

Italian composer (1875-1952), well-known for his opera L'Amore Dei Tre Re (The Love of the Three Kings), which was part of the standard repertoire decades ago. Long autograph letter signed, dated in Milan in 1936, 7 pages, written in Italian, sold untranslated. Size of each page is 6.5 x 9 inches, central fold, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED: an attractive unsigned half-tone photograph of the composer, shown young. Size is 8.5 x 11 inches, in excellent condition. Not sold separately. 

Italian verismo opera composer (1867-1948), famous for composing Andrea Chenier and Fedora, his two most famous operas. Autograph letter signed, addressed to the celebrated Italian conductor Vittorio Gui (1885-1975), dated in 1940. 2 pages (on the front and back sides of a folded 4 page 5.25 x 8.25 inch document) written in Italian and sold untranslated. Several folds and a very small tear on back page, otherwise in excellent condition.

(1969) signed by Sly Stone (with a simplified signature), Rose Stone, Vet Stewart (who signed on the back cover as well), Jerry Martini, Freddie Stone, Cynthia Robinson, and Greg Errico.  Size is 12.25 x 12.25 inches, evident signs of wear, pinhole over the top, in overall good condition.

The Metropolitan was founded in 1883 as an alternative to the previously established Academy of Music opera house and debuted the same year and moved into a new location at Lincoln Center in 1966. Gorgeous photograph of a performance circa 1991 conducted by James Levine at Carnegie Hall, and signed by more than 75 artists (NOT SIGNED BY LEVINE). Total size is 20 x 16, actual photo is 13.5 x 10.5 inches (visible window size). This is the only photo we have ever seen that has been signed by more than 75 artists. Very rare!
