Star italian baritone (1866-1936), the main singer of this type at the Met Opera for 25 years, creator of the role of Chim-Fen in "L´Oracolo", opera by Leoni, and a very famous Scarpia in his time. Beautiful and large size signed photo, showing him as Scarpia (one of his very best roles, he was the first to sing this role in the US) in "Tosca" by Puccini. Size is 8 x 10 inches, inscribed, dated in 1931, on double weight photo paper, excellent condition
