Eight pages folded, each being 4.4 x 10 inches, lots of advertisements and announcements, in very good condition.

Large size booklet issued for the world premiere performance of Verdi´s last opera, Falstaff, in 1893. Richly illustrated, booklet contains 30 pages plus covers, with articles about Falstaff, the first production of the opera ever, Giuseppe Verdi, Shakespeare, the librettists and the singers for the world premiere!. A vintage, very rare document of an historic operatic event with truly great illustrations and great content. Extra large size: 12.5 x 17 inches, pages are loose, clear wear on borders, but in overall good condition and complete, no missing pages or covers. Pictures show front cover and some examples on pages inside.
