Star Polish American pianist (1876-1957), a piano prodigy child, later was one of the greatest of his time. Unsigned cabinet photo by Falk, New York, with a photo taken during his American tour in the winter of 1887-88, at age of just 11-12. Size is 4.2 x 6.5 inches, some stains, otherwise in very good condition.

Full program with the Concertgebouw Orchestra conducted by Clemens Krauss, Hofmann performing a rare concert (Anton Rubinstein´s piano concerto Nr 4). Hofmann was the only private piano student of Anton Rubinstein (1829-1894) and a promoter of his teacher´s music. Size is 6.25 x 9.5 inches, in excellent condition.
