German violinist (1910-1985), who was the concert master of the Berliner Philharmoniker in the Furtwangler era. Signed playbill announcing a concert as a soloist in 1939. One sheet sized 8 x 11.5 inches, storage holes and folds and minor cracks at the top, otherwise in good condition.

German-born violinist and opera impresario (1842-1889), famous for his English opera company. 2-bar autograph music quote from an Elegy signed by him on a card. Size is 3 x 1.8 inches, mounting traces on verso, in overall very good condition.

Russian cellist and teacher (1927-2007), considered the best cellist of his generation and Russian baritone (b.1953), internationally acclaimed for interpreting the Slovenian and Italian repertory. Large signed photo, together with a third unidentified person who also signed the picture. Size is 12 x 8 inches, in very good condition.

Autograph letter in German signed by him, dated July 20, 1895, to the music critic Aldo Noseda, concerning the upcoming music season.  Size is 5.25 x 8.1 inches, 4 written pages in two separate sheets (front and back), folds, otherwise in very good condition.

Size is 3.8 x 6 inches, St. James Hall (London) letterhead, minor stains, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.

M. de Sarasate y Navasqués (1844-1908) was a star Spanish violin virtuoso and composer, considered one of the greatest of the 19th century, whose music is still regularly performed by top violinists.  5-bar autograph music quote on an album page signed by him and dated October 21, 1894. Size is 6.9 x 4.8 inches, minor rust stains in all four borders, in very good condition.

Pablo M. M. de Sarasate y Navasqués (1844-1908) was a star Spanish violin virtuoso and composer. One of the greatest of the 19th century, Sarasate´s music is still today regularly performed by top violinists. Large signed half-tone engraved photo, inscribed and dated by him in Madrid, 1895. French violinist and composer (1852-1920), Sauret composed over 1000 violin pieces, including a cadenza for Paganini's first violin concerto. 7-bar autograph music quote on an album page from one of his works for violin and piano signed and inscribed by him with a long sentiment dated in Lisbon, October 1882. Attached on verso there is an original (unsigned) cabinet photo of him by E. Flottwell & Co. (Danzing) and a bowtie (probably belonging to him) which is very similar to the one depicted on the photo. Album page size is 8.7 x 10.7 inches, photograph is 4.5 x 6.7 inches, in very good conditiion.

Austrian violinist, composer, arranger and radio pioneer (1883-1948), born Silbiger, emigrated to the USA in 1938 after Austria was annexed to nazi Germany. Group of autograph items including 2 photo postcards signed, each with a short music quote from "Eines schonen Tages...", in Radio Wien, 1926 and 1930, one has a printed signature on the front, autograph on verso, and includes a handwritten envelope (not shown). ALSO INCLUDED is one typed letter signed, dated 1920, with his letterhead, and one photo postcard, also signed on verso, with a short salutation and attached to an album page. A total of 4 autograph items, each postcard is approx. 3.4 x 5.25 inches, letter is 6.1 x 9.25 inches, all in excellent condition.
