Dutch-born American stage and film actor (1881-1934). Larger-size photograph mounted on hard cardboard signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown in role. Size is 9.2 x 12 inches, minor silvering, loss of paper at the left corners, otherwise in excellent condition.

French composer (1876-1945). Autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by him, addressed to the Italian soprano Adelina Patti about a musical arrangement for a concert, dated December 20th, 1904. Size is 5.3 x 7.1 inches, 4 written pages in one folded sheet, in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1810-1883), whose real name was Giovanni Matteo De Candia, considered one of the most celebrated singers of his time, lionized by audiences in Paris and London. An original vintage carte-de-visite (CDV) photo of the tenor by photographer Disderi signed by Mario. Size is 2.5 x 4.1 inches, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.

Austrian-Argentine conductor (1890-1956), known for his interpretations of the classics and as an advocate of new music. 2-bar autograph music quote from Beethoven's 9th symphony on an album page signed by him, dated 1933. Size is 7.1 x 4.3 inches, in excellent condition. On verso, there is a short autograph note by an unidentified person. ALSO INCLUDED is a half-tone photograph of him (not shown). Size is 3.25 x 4.6 inches, in excellent condition.

American actress (b.1972) and businesswoman; active since 1989. Fine color movie-still photograph of the film "Iron Man" (2008) signed by her. Size is 9.9 x 8 inches, in excellent condition.

Ukrainian-born American pianist (1903-1989); considered one of the greatest pianists of all time, known for his virtuoso technique, tone color, and the public excitement engendered by his playing. Beautiful black-and-white photograph signed by him, dated in New York, 1989. Size is 7.9 x 9.2 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano (1871-1948), who participated in the world premiere of Verdi's "Falstaff" and Catalani's "La Wally". Beautiful imperial cabinet photograph of her by G. Ogliari signed and inscribed by the singer with a short sentiment dated in Brescia, October 1896. Size is 6.6 x 9.75 inches, some mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.

Russian tenor (1872-1934) who enjoyed continued fame unabated into the Soviet era, whose voice was lyrical in size and tone, and it was employed with discerning taste and excellent musicianship. Album page signed by him with a short quote from Edouard Schure's poem. Size is 7.4 x 4.6 inches, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is an unsigned photo postcard of the tenor. Austrian opera impresario (1902-1997), well-remembered for his 22 years as the General Manager of the Metropolitan Opera in New York (1950-1972).  Program for a performance of Verdi's Aida at the Metropolitan Opera House, New York, on December 29, 1965, signed by him on the cover. Also signed by Mary Ellen Pracht and an unidentified other. Size is 8.1 x 10.8 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in excellent condition.

American comedian (1926-2017), actor, singer, who appeared inn more than 59 motion pictures; active 1931-2017. Full magazine Las VegaN issued in 2000 signed by him on the cover. Size is 8.25 x 10.75 inches, in excellent condition.
