American Districg Judge and writer (1904-1992), famous for his role during the trials stemming from the Watergate scandal in the 1970s. Signed book "To Set the Record Straight - The Break-in, The Tapes, The Conspirators, The Pardon", first edition, W.W. Norton & Co., 1979. Signed by Sirica on the frontend page. Hardcovers, 394 numbered pages, dust jacket, 6.4 x 9.4 inches, spotted rust on frontendpages, in overall very good condition.

American playwright (1911-1983), one of the foremost writers of America during the 20th century. Signed book, a novel published by Bantam Books, 1976, this is a second edition, first edition by Bantam (book was published in 1975 by Simon & Schuster). Softcovers, 214 numbered pages, signed by Williams on the title page, 4.1 x 7 inches, in excellent condition.  

American playwright and poet (1948-2018), as a black feminist, she addressed issues relating to race in much of her work. Signed book "For Colored Girls who have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf", a choreopoem by Ntozake Shange. Published by Macmillan Publishing, New York, fourth printing of the 1st Edition, 1978. A total of 64 numbered pages, hardcovers, dust jacket, signed by her on the frontend page. Size is 6.1 x 9.5 inches, in excellent condition.

American historian (1934-2015), best known for his lawsuit against the National Archives and Richard Nixon, which won the release of the tape recordings in relation with the Watergate scandal. Signed book, inscribed and dated in 1993, with a long sentiment, first edition 1990, published by Alfred A. Knopf, New York. A total of 731 numbered pages plus hard covers, dust jacket, all in very good condition. Signature is on the frontend page, 6.75 x 9.5 inches.

American actress (1921-2016) and 2nd wife of Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States, former first lady 1981-1989. Signed book, with many color photographs and text, first edition by St. Martin´s Press, New York, 1986. Nancy Reagan signed on the frontend page and inscribed, ownership writing on the top right corner. Dust jacket, hardcovers, 266 numbered pages, 8.75 x 11 inches, in excellent condition.

German tenor (1714-1797), famous in his time for singing alongside Farinelli in Madrid (1755-1759), and creator of Mozart's Idomeneo title role during its world premiere in 1781.  Signed receipt for a payment for a performance in Spain, handwritten and dated by another hand in 1957, and signed by Raaff at the bottom. Size is 8.4 x 4.25 inches, folds, in excellent condition.  Extremely rare and scarce!

English violinist (1821-1895) and violist, who worked in London and later in his life in San Francisco, CA, USA, as a teacher, and authored a book on violin playing. Beautifully colorized carte-de-visite (CDV) signed by him, dated in Boston, 1872; photo by E.S. Dunshee, Boston.  Size is 2.5 x 3.8 inches, trimmed at the top from a larger size, some spotted stains, otherwise in good condition.

Joseph Hecker (1845-1917) was a German-born band leader and musician, whose children later in life became accomplished musicians: Carl (violinist, 1883-1961), Bertha Josephine (composer, 1880-1977), Stella (pianist, 1879-1962), and Cecile (violinist). Wonderful unsigned cabinet style photograph showing the children at ages 7 (Carl), 9 (Bertha), 11 (Stella) & 5 (Cecile) respectively. Size is 7.9 x 9.9 inches, gilded edges, minor wear, and stains, in very good condition.

Italian tenor (? 1897-1939), had a successful career at the major Italian opera houses, including La Scala, Bologna, Verona, Palermo, Rome, Trieste, and Genoa. Signed photograph, shown as himself, inscribed in Milan, dated in 1929.  Photo size is 4 x 6 inches, mounted onto a cardboard backing, total item size is 7.5 x 11.5 inches, with signature and inscription on the cardboard underneath the photo. Bold handwriting and signature. Mounting traces on verso but otherwise in excellent condition. 

Belgian dramatic tenor (1861-1923), who was closely identified with the Wagnerian repertoire, his career developed mostly during the last quarter of the 19th Century. Fine photo postcard signed by him, shown as himself, dated in 1898; image by C. Ledermann, Vienna. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, some rust, in overall good condition. 

Austrian bass-baritone, signed postcard photograph, shown in role, inscribed at the Vienna State Opera, dated in 1941. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition.

American tenor (1932-1996), signed photograph, shown in the title role of Wagner's Tannhäuser at the Bayreuth Festival. Stamped on verso by photographer Wilhelm Rauh, Bayreuth. Size is 4 x 5,75 inches, in excellent condition.

Dutch tenor (b. 1924), signed photograph, shown as himself, signed on verso, inscribed and dated in 1959. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, crease running diagonally across the photo, priced accordingly. 

Famous German conductor (1890-1951), was music director at Glyndebourne and spent years in South America. Fritz Busch conducted a truly epic series of ring cycles at Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Argentina and at Teatro Solís, in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1935-36, these are probably the scores used to study. Set of 4 scores for Richard Wagner´s cycle "Der Ring des Nibelungen", reduction for piano and orchestra by Karl Klindworth, published in the 1880s by B. Schotts Söhnen, two of the signed and with many markings and annotations inside. - Das Rheingold, 216 numbered pages plus hard covers, 11 x 13.5 inches, ink stamped on frontend and title pages "Property of Fritz Busch", signed as "Busch" on frontend page. Many markings and annotations inside the score in crayon and pencil. - Die Walkure, 274 numbered pages and hard covers, 11 x 13.5 inches. Signed and inscribed in 1881 by a previous owner in German on title page, ink stamps indicating "Property of Fritz Busch" on frontend and title pages. Many markings and annotations inside the score in crayon and pencil. - Siegfried, 299 numbered pages and hard covers, 11 x 13.5 inches. Signed and dated in 1888 by previous owner in German on frontend page, with full signature by Fritz Busch on frontend page plus half signature (as "Busch" only) on title page, ink stamp indicating "property of Fritz Busch". - Gotterdammerung, 357 numbered pages and hard covers, 11 x 13.25 inches. Ink stamped on frontend and title page "Property of Fritz Busch". All 4 from very good to excellent condition, some wear on covers. A fantastic testimony of a famous conductor - from the estate of Fritz Busch. See scans.
