American mezzo-soprano and prominent voice teacher (b. 1928), signed photograph, shown in role (possibly Bizet's Carmen), inscribed. Stamped on verso by photographer Alex Gray, Toronto. Size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.

Belgian soprano, signed postcard photograph, shown in the title role of Puccini's Tosca, dated in 1918. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, slight paper loss on edges, otherwise in very good condition.

Set of 31 beautiful color photos, all signed by performers, from the production of Richard Wagner's Der Ring des Nibelungen at the Lyric Opera of Chicago in 2004. Photos signed by such leading artists as James Morris, Jane Eaglen, Jennifer Wilson, Eric Halfvarson, Placido Domingo, Oleg Bryjak, Erin Wall, Jill Grove, and John Treleaven, a total of 31 pictures, each one is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition. German heldentenor (1849-1912), notable for creating the title role in Wagner's Parsifal in 1882, being known as well for his Tannhäuser, Lohengrin and Walther von Stolzing (Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg). American conductor (1943-2021) and pianist, and music director of the Metropolitan Opera from 1976 to 2016. Signed photograph signed by the star conductor with a short sentiment, shown young.  This is a 7.5 x 9.5 inch photo mounted onto cardboard, total item size is 8.75 x 11 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian conductor (1874-1971), who conducted at the Hollywood Bowl and served as musical director of the Italian Opera in 1910. He worked with famed opera star Bertha Crawford and had trained to play violin in Bologna. He also conducted with the Warsaw Opera company and worked in the music department on two films: Rio Rita (1929), One Night of Love (1934). Impressive large photo, signed and inscribed with a brief sentiment, dated in Los Angeles in 1930. Size is 7 x 8.75 inches, very solid cabinet-style backing, small mounting traces on verso, otherwise in excellent condition. 

American conductor (1915-1976), who suffered significant discrimination in his early career as an African-American conductor.  Signed photograph, inscribed with short sentiment, dated in 1954. Stamped on verso by Carmen photography studio. Size is 3.75 x 5.75 inches, in excellent condition.

The Metropolitan was founded in 1883 as an alternative to the previously established Academy of Music opera house and debuted the same year and moved into a new location at Lincoln Center in 1966. Gorgeous photograph of a performance circa 1991 conducted by James Levine at Carnegie Hall, and signed by more than 75 artists (NOT SIGNED BY LEVINE). Total size is 20 x 16, actual photo is 13.5 x 10.5 inches (visible window size). This is the only photo we have ever seen that has been signed by more than 75 artists. Very rare!
