Austrian bass-baritone (1951-2016), signed postcard photograph, shown as himself, young. Stamped on verso by Kallerfoto photography studio, Vienna. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Austrian composer (1857-1941), one of the most important opera composers of the romantic post-Wagner era. 4-bar music quote from one of his works on the verso of a visiting card of the Vienna Royal Gymnasium student Josef Epstein, signed by the composer and dated on October 19, 1926. Size is 4.1 x 2.5 inches, small loss of paper over the upper-left corner, otherwise in excellent condition.  

German tenor (1912-1982), signed photograph, shown as Faust. Size is 4 x 5.75 inches, in excellent condition. 

American composer (1911-1994) and conductor. Set of 2 autograph music quotes signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment. One of them has 2 music quotes: 3 bars from his song "I'll Be Home for Christmas" (1943) and 4 bars from "There'll Be Blue Birds Over the White Cliffs of Dover" (1941) signed and inscribed by the composer, dated in January 1986.  The other has 4 bars from "I'll Be Home for Christmas" (1943) and was signed, inscribed and dated by him in 1992. Sizes are 5 x 2.97 and 6 x 4 inches, in excellent condition.

Alsatian composer (1841-1890) who worked mainly in Leipzig, whose most important work was the opera "Der Trumpeter von Säckingen". 3-bar autograph music quote from his opera "Der Trumpeter von Säckingen" (1884) signed and inscribed by him to Mr. Josef Häfliger. Size is 7.3 x 3.3 inches, overall rust stains, in overall very good condition.

English actor (b.1946), active since 1971. Signed photograph, shown relatively young.  Size is 4 x 6 inches, in excellent condition.

American director, actor, writer, comedian and musician (b.1935) whose career spans over 50 years. Allen is world-famous for his movies both as an actor and director. Signed postcard photograph of him with bold handwriting and signature, photo by Brian Hamill, New York. Size is 4.75 x 6.25 inches, in excellent condition.  

American artist (1938-2023), known for his minimalist style, although his work also has roots in abstract expressionism, color field painting, and lyrical abstraction. Signed photograph, shown possibly in his home studio, size is 5 x 6.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Croatian composer (1924-2018). Autograph music quote on a music sheet with a graphic crescendo of the first movement "Genesis" from his work "Opera Bestial" signed by him and dated in Stuttgart on June 24, 1978.  Size is 8 x 5.7 inches, in excellent condition.

French composer (1841-1894) and pianist. Autograph note in French (sold untranslated) signed by him, no date (ink markings indicate July 1868). Size is 4.75 x 6.3 inches, 1 page, in excellent condition.

American baritone (1903-1987). Black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a long sentiment dated 1941 -an original by Bruno (Hollywood). Size is 7.1 x 9.1 inches, in excellent condition.

American jazz singer (1907-1994) and bandleader, whose career spanned over 65 years. Fine black-and-white photograph mounted on a mat, signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment. Total size is 10.25 x 11.75 inches, some stains, in very good condition.

Canadian-born American gospel singer (1909-2013). Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Koehne. Size is 5 x 8.1 inches, in excellent condition.

Spanish bass (1874-1953) whose career developed mostly at the Metropolitan Opera between 1901 and 1920. Vintage cabinet photograph of the bass by F. Leblanc (Valparaiso) signed by De Segurola with a long sentiment dated 1899. Size is 5.25 x 8.3 inches, minor damage over the lower-left corner, some stains, in overall very good condition.

Russian composer (1864-1956) and pianist. Printed score for his work "Missa Festiva" signed and inscribed by him with a  short sentiment dated in Paris, 1938, on the first page. Size is 9.75 x 12.5 inches, 32 pages, in excellent condition.

German organist (1875-1965), theologian, and musicologist. Black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated in 1965, shown at work. Size is 4 x 5.7 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian baritone (1878-1942). Fine sepia photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown as himself. Size is 5 x 7.7 inches, in very good condition.

Italian opera composer (1774-1851), highly famous in his time for some of his 22 operas; but largely been forgotten after his death. Autograph letter in French (sold untranslated) signed by him in which he requested his name to be erased from a biography he never authorized, addressed to the president of the Association of Artist-Musicians, and also mentioned his opera "La Vestale". Size is 6.4 x 10.75 inches, 1 page, overall rust stone, mild folds, in overall very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a small print of him by artist Auber. Size is 6.1 x 8.6 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian-born American flamenco dancer (1918-2000) and choreographer known for popularizing Spanish dance in America mostly in the 1950s and 1960s. Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown in performance for the film "Sombrero" (1953). Size is 8.1 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.

French tenor (1851-1896), strongly associated with the French repertoire, and creator of the main tenor roles in Les Contes d´Hoffmann, Lakme, and Manon. His personal card signed by him with a short sentiment in French. Size is 4 x 2.3 inches, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.

Norwegian composer and pianist (1843-1907), one of the leading composers of his country, helped put the music of Norway abroad and develop a national musical identity. Nice vintage cabinet photograph signed by him, shown reading a book. Size is 4.25 x 6.6 inches, minor stains, blank verso, in very good condition.

American composer (1944-2012) and conductor. 2-bar autograph music quote from his work "The String" (1973) signed by him with a short inscription. Size is 4.9 x 2.9 inches, in fine condition.

Italian conductor and cellist (1848-1921). Two autograph music quotes signed by him and dated in Venezia, 1898. The first is 2-bar long from his opera "Ero e Leandro" (1897) and the other is 4-bar long from his cantata "Isaias" (1887). Size is 8.2 x 5.3 inches, folds and some dirt over borders, otherwise in very good condition.

Canadian tenor superstar (1926-2015), one of the leading singers from the 1950s-1980s, celebrated for his intense interpretations and dramatic ability in Italian, French, English, and German opera. 5-bar autograph music quote from the last act duet from Verdi's "Don Carlo" signed by him on a music sheet. Size is 8.9 x 8 inches, in excellent condition.

American composer (b.1927), known largely for his work in the musical theater. 3-bar autograph music quote from his musical Cabaret (1966), signed on an envelope (postal markings indicated July 3, 1978) by him. The size is 6.7 x 3.7 inches, in excellent condition.

Hungarian-born American songwriter (1878-1956). 4-bar autograph music quote from his song "Chinatown" (1910) signed by him on a music sheet. Size is 9 x 4 inches, in excellent condition.

American composer (1915-2001) best known as half of a song-writing duo with Ray Evans that specialized in songs composed for films. Five different autograph music quotes from 5 of his songs such as Silver Bells (1951), Mona Lisa (1950), Que Sera Sera (1956), Bonanza (1959), and Mister Ed (1961) on both sides of a sheet. Size is 5 x 3 inches, in excellent condition.

German composer (1909-2007), and an academic; pupil of Paul Hindemith at the Hochschule für Musik in Berlin. 5-bar autograph music quote on a music sheet signed by him with a short sentiment.  Size is 8.1 x 5.7 inches, in excellent condition.

American pianist and composer (1938-2018), best known as the writer or co-writer of many hit songs. 4-bar autograph music quote of his hit "Lazy Day" (1967) on a piece of music sheet signed by him adding the lyrics and text. Size is 8.3 x 3.1 inches, storage holes at right, in excellent condition.

Slovak composer (1908-1993); considered one of the most important composers of the 20th century. 4-bar autograph music quote signed and inscribed, dated July 28, 1951, mounted on dark green cardboard. Total Size is 3 x 3.6 inches, in excellent condition.

German composer (1830-1908) and organist, who worked for the Dresden Court and composed several operas and masses. 3-bar autograph music quote from the Maestoso “Krönungsmarsch” from the opera “Die Folkunger” (1874) signed by him and dated in Dresden, 1894. Size is 3 x 4 inches, central fold, in excellent condition. On the verso, there is a printed copy of Kretschmer piano and voice “Frühlingslied” op. 3,  in good condition with some tape traces.

German-born violinist and opera impresario (1842-1889), famous for his English opera company. 2-bar autograph music quote from an Elegy signed by him on a card. Size is 3 x 1.8 inches, mounting traces on verso, in overall very good condition.

French pianist (1853-1890), and brother of the the French violinist and composer Émile Sauret, who died of mental illness in New York. 8-bar autograph music quote from an unknown work signed and inscribed by him, dated in St. Louis, December 5, 1893.  Size is 7.5 x 4.9 inches, upper border irregularly cut, unknown autograph signature and date on the verso, in overall very good condition.

Hungarian classical pianist (1870-1933), accompanist, and composer. Autograph 9-bar music quote from his lied "Die Tauben der Heiligen Margarethe" signed by him, dated in Budapest, July 1, 1925. Size is 7.2 x 4.7 inches, in very good condition.

Famous American violinist (1888-1953), who became later in his life teacher and composer. Autograph music quote signed by him with two bars from an Andante from Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto, dated March 22, 1912. Unknown signature and date on verso. Size is 5.7 x 3.5 inches, left border irregularly cut, in overall very good condition.
