Italian tenor (1870-1940), known internationally for his interpretations of the Bel Canto repertory, being a famous competitor of star tenor Enrico Caruso. Attractive signed photograph, shown as himself, photo by Mishkin, New York, dated in 1911. Size is 5 x 6.75 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1865-1957), best known for creating the role of Rodolfo in the world premiere of Puccini´s opera "La Boheme" in 1896. Autograph note signed, 1 page, written in Italian and sold untranslated. Size is 5.25 x 8.25 inches, slight wear at bottom, otherwise in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED: photograph of the artist in role (most likely as Rodolfo), this contains a facsimile signature on the bottom left, size is 4.75 x 6.5 inches, in excellent condition. Austrian composer (1825-1899), son of Johann Strauss I and the King of Waltz. Beautiful vintage cabinet photograph of the composer by photographer Victor Angerer. Size is 4.2 x 6.5 inches, rust stains on the verso and over the upper border in the front, in overall very good condition.

American artist (1928-1987), director, and producer, was a leading figure in pop art. Black-and-white photo postcard signed by him. Size is 3.5 x 5.4 inches, small loss of paper over the upper-left corner, in overall excellent condition.

Beautiful silk program for a gala performance of The Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, in honor of the president of the French Republic Charles de Gaulle, under the baton of Colin Davis on April 7, 1960. Size ix 11.4 x 5.75 inches, folded into a red envelope, in very good condition.

Unsigned Time Magazine featuring Rudolf Bing, the General Manager of The Metropolitan Opera House for 22 years (1950-1972) on the front cover, celebrating the opening of The Met in his new building at the Lincoln Center in September 1966 . American (1877-1927) dancer and choreographer, who was a pioneer of modern contemporary dance, and performed to great acclaim in Europe and the U.S. Short mini-book "The Dance" authored by her, with many pictures and facsimiles of programs of her performances, published by The Forest Press, N.Y., 1989.  Size is 8.75 x 11.5 inches, semi-hard covers, 29 pages, some wear on both covers, inside in excellent condition.  

Russian-American ballet choreographer (1904-1983), who was considered one of the most influential in the 20th century. Program for a performance choreographed by the famous ballet choreographer at the Ravinia Festival (Italy) signed on the cover by him.
